Even though at first it seemed a little far from my meetings at the IAEA VIC it was easily serviced via the S line from Fredisdorf station connection to U1 line at Prater stern station then U 1 line to Kaisermuehlin The alternate was U6 line to Spittalau, connecting to To U4 line , connecting to U1 line at Schwedan Platz and then to Kaisermuehlen Only downside was s lack of nearby decent restaurants in vicinity of hotel. But not to fear, a short U line ride to Schwedan Platz got me to the j Beisel - my favourite restaurant that dares back to 1447. Ask the zither player to play the Third MSN theme!

Twice the Charm

My second time here and once again happy with it being local to my appointments The area is fair at best but metro is close Really love the staff especially Ag***| Sil****,Li** and Mer**** They all were great in adding true care to customer service - personality and charm to what could have been much more average stay

Nice place to stay.

It is a nice hotel of good value. The room is spacious and comfortable. Unfortunately the kitchenette only has a microwave. I was hoping it had a hot plate for cooking. Overall it is a nice place to stay.

Hotel

Very nice and clean hotel located very close to the subway station. There is a free parking available on the streets near the hotel. There are not too many restaurants near the hotel, so have your dinner in downtown before you return to the hotel. Strongly recommended.

AMAZING!!

I am so thankful to find this hotel in Vienna. The staff, especially Ms. Nina made sure we were looked after immediately. The room was spotless, nicely furnished, with a super nice bathroom. For us that location was important, having friends few blocks away. The U-Bahn was 2 minutes away, as well as all the shops etc. Thank you so much again Vancouver, BC Canada

Nice hotel close to Uban. Great staff.

We stayed three times nearly 2 weeks in this hotel. It is spacey, clean, quiet and convenient, with a kitchenette. The only drawback of this hotel is the drainage of shower place. Water flooded every time during the shower. And as many hotels in Europe, it doesn't have a bathtub, which is not very favorable to us. But overall this hotel is a good choice and way worthy your money!

Overall hotel was good there was construction on the road in front of hotel We were still able park there for free. i didn't like the split mattress would have preferred Queen mattress Bathroom was nice however door didn't want to close properly Location was ok 5 min to train and then transfer to metro total travel 15 min to centre would be able to walk it if not too hot

Top als Businesshotel für eine Nacht.

Leider ist aufgrund von CoVid die Sauna geshclossen. Mit meinem Skoda-Superb ist die Parkgarage am Limit, 2cm breiter und ich wäre nicht runtergekommen :) Aber es gäbe ja auch Parkplätze vor dem Haus.

Run for your life, a no go

I don’t know if the Hotel sucked before the Corona, but after the Corona crisis it was awful, I stayed 10 days and it was cleaned 3 times. I left the sign for cleaning and they just didn’t come to empty the trash cans. Neither to change towels or anything else. I had to complain in reception to get toilet paper. I can keep going with small things, but the basics were missing. Like one day I had to wait for 10 minutes to come into the parking lot because the receptionist was flirting with a guy. I don’t know, I travel 3 weeks every month and I can’t believe how bad was this hotel. First bad experience ever.

Worst hotel period

After Corona the service was horrible, I stayed 2 weeks and the room was cleaned 3 times, I left the please clean sign and they left the room unattended. I send clothes for cleaning and it took 5 days for them to return it I wanted to move to another hotel but they had my clothes. For one night stands may be ok, but for long stays, please don’t at any cost

Sehr netter Empfang, Zimmer perfekt mit Balkon, Sauber der Teppich sollte wiedermal gereinigt werden. Durch Corona keine Zahnbecher und Gläser im Zimmer , hab ich auf meine Bitte hin bekommen. Der Frühstücksraum für mich ein No Go den die Stühle sind seit wir vor 3 Jahren gekommen sind schmutzig jetzt bei Corna absolut nicht mehr vertretbar , riesige schwarze Flecken auf hellem Untergrund dazu noch Stoff. Kann Hygienevorschrift nicht eingehalten werden. Die Lifte waren auch nicht gereinigt. Unsere Rezeptionistin Lisa hat sich Tatkräftig um unser Wohlbefinden gekümmert. Sie ist die Hausseele und hat immer ein offenes Ohr.
Sitzfläche seit 3 Jahren nicht gereinigt so lange sind wir schon dort
