The hotel is well located for a short walk to the Duomo area and all the other main sites in Milan. The staff were very nice and helpful. Room was a typical hotel room in most major cities. Clean, comfortable and certainly perfect for a three night stay. I would stay here again.

Great staff at reception. Very kind & extremely helpful. Front desk even offered us his parking spot since he was leaving. Wasn’t needed since we were dropping off car in Milano. Location was AMAZING! Close to everything. Room was perfect. Extremely comfy bed. No view but I knew that & when in Milano who stays in the room. High ceilings work well since room isn’t the largest which I knew in advance. AC was exceptional. Coffee machine in room perfect. Definitely would go again. And will check out other Sonders for future travels.

Check-in was an absolute nightmare. I was on a month long multi county/city trip and my stay at Sonder was in the middle of the trip. I received check-in instructions by email during my trip which demanded I create an account in order to check-in online. I was unable to create the account and asked someone back home to call to see if there was an other way to check-in since no one answered the chat I started. The call centre was explicite that I HAD to check-in online despite the information we provided indicating I was unable to do so. Luckily someone back home was able to do it on my behalf. When I arrived at the lobby the receptionist greeted me and was "surprised" that I had checked-in online, almost as if I didn't NEED to. This was necessary stress while traveling that I didn't need. Stay was good, room was clean, however, I was told at check-in that I could use the filtered water dispenser on the main floor at anytime. One night I arrived at around 11pm and went to fill up my water bottle before heading to bed. I was spoken to very rudely by a different staff and told I could not fill up my bottle. He stood very close to me until I left to go to the elevators.

People at the front desk were very helpful and accommodating. Location was ideal in the sense that it was close to everything but not in the touristy, loud and crowded areas. Fabulous local restaurants across the street and Carrefour steps away. Will stay again when I return next month.
