Pleasant family experience

We had a very enjoyable stay. It’s not easy finding a moderately priced room in Paris for a family of four. This suited us perfectly. The room was clean, comfortable and quiet. The bathroom was well equipped and had good water pressure. The room had a mini-fridge, dishwasher, microwave and sink which we happily utilized. The staff were helpful and accommodating. There were shops and restaurants within a short walk from the hotel. We found the neighbourhood pleasant and charming.

The staff were exceptional. Very friendly, kind and helpful. The room was clean and nice. The only issue was broken air conditioning, which was not a problem as we were able to sleep well with the windows open all night.

We were in room 601- which has a spectacular rooftop terrace with beautiful view of Eiffel Tower (the pics on the website really don’t do it justice- it is amazing). The hotel itself is very nice- very small but chic, modern rooms, and great location. Metro station across the street and about 15 minute walk from Arc de Triomphe and top of Champs-Élysées. Also about 6 Metro (subway) stops from Louvre. There’s a great supermarket, fruit markets, bakeries, restaurants, cafes etc just around the corner. Also a wonderful park (Parc Monceau) - with a kid’s playground!- about 5 minute walk. A great location and neighbourhood. Note- watch out for scammers in Metro stations. They will try and sell you most expensive passes then tell you you can only pay in cash (then they’ll give you a cheap one way ticket). The real Metro staff wear grey uniforms and are behind glass.

Beautiful hotel close to metro and attractions

Everything was excellent from check in to check out. We had a large suite with lots of room. Staff were all amazing. Would stay there again for sure.

Good hotel with excellent staff!

Good hotel with excellent staff! We got the two storey room. It was still not a lot of space to move about but we are a couple with a 5 year old so this met our requirements. The microwave, small fridge, cooktop and utensils were useful. The hotel is located close to a metro station (De Villiers) about 200m away. There is plenty of shops around. Nearby is a market where you can buy grocery, baked food, vegetables and fruits. The staff were excellent - all of them! The had answers to all your questions and concerns. Very friendly too. I have to specifically mention Jules - on our last day, on check out it was raining and we had our luggages and with the kid have to get to the metro station. It was certainly a problem going with the luggage in the rain but the place is too close to order a taxi. Jules took the trouble of coming with us and some umbrellas from the hotel to the metro station. This was very helpful and we really appreciate that!

Excelente Hotel.

Hotel muito bem localizado próximo a comércio, restaurantes e metrô. Quarto muito confortável, com uma sala que continha um excelente sofá cama, onde dormiram 2 adultos, mesa para refeições e utensílios de cozinha básicos, mas que atendiam 4 pessoas. Banheiro bem montado, com banheira separada do chuveiro. Todos os atendentes extremamente gentis. Foi uma ótima estadia com a família e, com certeza, uma confortável opção para quem quer visitar Paris.
