Metro station only a couple of minutes walk away. Smell of pot was bad at times. Commisary 24/7 in hotel was very handy. Motion activated light was way too bright in room. Bedsheet initiated unwanted sliding when trng to sit up in bed. Bed very comfortable nonetheless, excellent night's sleep during our stay.

It's a small thing, but I liked the flags in the window representing the nationalities of the staff. Service was good. We spilled some metamucil in the sink, which is hard to get off, but she worked at it and pretty much got it. It is too bad there was not a room for breakfast. We finally thought to go to a nearby hotel's dining room, but not before walking extensively looking for a restaurant that was open that early.

Very good location close to the subway and groceries. Also Georgetown is walkable. My Family loved the hotel and room. The staff is awesome!! Kudos to all the staff at Arc Hotel. We will come back again and will recommend the Hotel.

Enjoyed our stay at the ARC. Good location, friendly and helpful staff, comfortable bed, nicely appointed rooms and lobby. Only a couple of negatives... parking was pricey at $50/night tax... and our 1st floor room was very noisy... lots of sound transfer from the hall, the entry (outside and below our window), sirens and planes flying overhead (even with windows closed). Bring your earplugs if you're a light sleeper.

The biggest plus about this property is the location. Quiet, safe area and just five minute walk from the metro, a grocery store and restaurants. The staff was friendly and helpful! The windows need updating - we struggled to open them for fresh air and then struggled to get them closed again. Overall, a very good choice.
