Good quality price hotel, very spacious rooms. Everything was great except for the hot water which was not hot and more like a little warm. Other than that service was great, they offer bottles of water and free parking. Not more around the property and a bit noisy outside with truck and people screaming.

Love the uniqueness of this boutique-style hotel. The roof-top pool and bar-lounge area is an absolute plus! With breathtaking views and DJ on site on some days its awesome. Staff super friendly and shuttle to the Convention center was soooo convenient. Would recommend this Hotel all the way.

You can hear everybody in the hotel room when they’re taking a piss or whatever they’re doing in the bathroom it it does Feels very nice the vibe is great . You have lights everywhere. You need to figure out the first thing when you show up where are all the switches for all the lights? Very nice place very modern. The fact the close the pool at 8 is a bit of a turn off but we are not all travellers

The hotel itself was great. Good food, clean and secure inside. Outside shared a parking lot with a bar that was very busy on the weekend, so parking was limited. The bar on the roof was noisier though! Thought we were secure because all the elevators were key card activated, but on the weekend anyone from the public can access the roof top bar… In south end of Dallas, so not an area you can go walk around outside the hotel. Kinda sketchy. Homeless will approach you at the 711 nearby. Saving grace is the police station is right across the street too.

great rooftop view. But, not able to provide advertised free shuttle to venue, or promised refund one way of UBER. no free pkng as promised. valet fee of 30.00. violent domestic incident downhall from 2,to 4 am woke and frightened us and other hotel users. won't be back.

The hotel is unique in design. The room was spacious. Located close to downtown What we didn’t like : lots of noise coming from the street and other rooms, the beds were not comfortable.

I arrived early and called the hotel from my Uber into the city to ask if they l’d be able to check me in. They made an accommodation to do so and my key was ready upon arrival as I had prepaid everything on Expedia. They held packages I had delivered during my stay and prior to my arrival. Excellent staff. Friendly.
