Although the location is great - beware the 'disclaimer' that the units are 'prone' to noise. Although the building may have been an old printing factory they should have updated the windows when they made it a place to sleep. You are greeted upon arrival with earplugs and a white noise machine in both bedrooms which do basically cover the street noise, but both nights of my stay I was kept awake from  330-530 am by something like laundry machines on their spin cycle. Maybe the hotel has their own laundry in the unit above me? Who knows, but the hotel was completely unfazed - and told me about the noise 'disclaimer' - I think potential guests should be very aware this is a hospitality company that does not think noise is a problem - if is for you - I would stay somewhere else.

Really great location with anything you could need with-in walking distance and conveniently close to a metro station. Amazing bakery right on the corner of building that has really good sour dough. Would stay here again.

Je suis resté plusieurs fois dans cet établissement. L'emplacement est parfait pour moi, au cœur du Plateau. Les chambres sont très grandes, comme de petits appartements. J'aime la décoration mais plusieurs items, surtout dans la salle de bain, sont de qualité qualité inférieure et parfois même brisés. Leur application ne sert à rien mais lorsqu'on a compris le système à travers leur site web, l'accès est facile et pratique. Je n'aime pas qu'ils envoient des courriels à tous les jours avant l'arrivée.

Its was a nice place for the price i paid . The only problem i had was there was no sleeper s available and the floor wasn't as clean , the rest was amazing , i had full kitchen and washer and dryer

I loved everything! Coffee table and kitchen surfaces should be cleaned a little better and disinfected. Only issue i had as a womannwith a lot of hair, your shower pressure wirh that showerhead is very poor. Suffices for body but not hair.

We loved this stay because the room was quiet (almost no street or corridor noise due to its position) and was incredibly convenient to local dining and bar options. Also, 5 minute walk to the metro made for easy access to most of the major attractions. Would definitely stay here again! (one minor con--I snore a lot so we often sleep apart: we asked for an extra blanket so I could sleep on the couch but they said they "couldn't" provide one. We had to borrow one from our son, who lives in Montreal).

I loved the place, although I found some bugs crawling around which kind of scared me. Also my bicycle was stolen right in front of the building. Of course not property owners' fault, just wanted to mention it.

Very comfortable studio apartment with everything we needed for a relaxing stay in the heart of the Plateau. Very comfortable (firm) bed, surprisingly quiet given the location. Would definitely stay here again.

Cancelled on me last minute without giving a reason, causing a lot of stress and headache hours before leaving. Poorly organized company with bad customer service, invasive check in that didn't accept temporary id meaning they got my passport scan before cancelling. Initiated refund five days later only after I spoke to hotels.com support rather than doing so right when they cancelled OR when I asked. I shouldn't have to chase them down for that. I strongly recommend against risking it.
