We have booked a lot of different accommodations on this trip to Australia and not all have been 5 star resorts on purpose. Although we were expecting a straight forward rental property with nothing fancy on this particular stop, we were a bit disappointed in the overall condition of Villa Mar Colina. It definitely needs a renovation. The towels and linens, although clean, were not in the best condition and were stained. Although the unit on the third floor had great views, it required hauling our luggage up three very narrow flights of stairs to our unit. If you are in any way infirm or not in good general physical condition, you may find this a bit of a challenge. The onsite manager was very accommodating but is still a rental property that could use an update.

Spacious, clean and impressively maintained apartment. Good kitchen with plenty of appropriate crockery, cutlery and kitchenware. The view is amazing. Comfortable beds and bathrooms. Close to shops and beach. A bit of a task to carry belongings up the stairs. We have no hesitation in recommending.
