Very friendly and helpful staff, pool area was great, drinks and food reasonably priced One of the pool attendants was very miserable The jaccuzi was filthy Air con didnt work that well Despite the above, we would definitely stay again

Excellent view 20 minute walk down to beach

Lovely location high up on a mountain top -you need to be mobile to walk back to the hotel , inclined walk up, steep angles , but lovely hotel. Even equipped with washer.

Great Hotel

Lovely stay, just little pieces of communication not given to us at check-in which would have meant giving the full 5 starts, we were not advised about the room cleaning and fresh towels (additional charges) which we would have been absolutely fine with had we known at the start. Apart from the the staff could not have been more helpful the Hotel catered for my fathers needs as we needed an accessible room. Thank you for this as it made the stay enjoyable for everyone!!

Although located a 20-30 minute walk to the beach the room and balcony are large and the apartment had great views of the ocean. Centre of Playa de las Americas only a 20-minute drive away. Would stay again.

Not a 4.5 star hotel as advertised. It was a 3.5 star - a good 3 star. Bedroom was very small, but balcony was spacious. Liked the separate sitting area. The room was serviced only once in our 7 day stay.

My family and I stayed in a beautiful 3 bed apartment. It was better than we imagined. The balcony was huge, views of the ocean and overlooking the adult pool so quiet too. The main pool was a great size, we never had trouble getting a sun bed. The main restaurant served lovely food. Fresh pool towels and apartment clean during our stay. Reception manned 24 hours. We enjoyed the walk down to the beach areas and usually got a taxi back which was cheap enough. No entertainment of an evening so the whole place is quiet but that was fine for us. We went out most evenings. Fabulous hotel, would recommend and would love to return ourselves.

Very clean. Bathroom bit dated and bed and pillows not very comfy. Good size room and huge balcony overlooking Adeje and the sea. Great view! Uphill to resort but not too bad we walked it after long walks to el duque and playa, but didnt sucumb to taxis and we are mid 60's. Large resort but quiet. Great pool area and restaurant is very clean and well presented. Also small adult pool away from hustle and bustle. Would return

This is a fantastic resort with a perfect swimming pool and lounger chairs, professional and caring staff and a top elevated location that maximises the amazing Adeje ocean views. If you are fortunate enough to book a one bedroom apartment with ocean views with a huge private balcony you won’t be disappointed. We stayed for 14 nights and loved every moment of our stay. We really liked the poolside cafe for brunch and the Spanish architecture and vibe of this resort. Our apartment was spacious, well equipped, having an excellent washing machine was a big plus. We enjoyed the safe walk down to the beach restaurants each night. Taxis are cheap if you are less inclined to walk. Our experience with the resorts day trip consultant was amazing. She is brilliant, as were the trips she recommended to Mt Teide and Masca and the island of La Gomera. We would thoroughly recommend this resort to other travels. If you haven’t been to Tenerife put it on your bucket list. The weather is perfect and the location idyllic.

Our second time here in 5 months. This time we had a 1 bedroom for the 2 of us. Apartment is spacious & they have considered so much. Supplied with dishwasher & washing machine ( not all apartments), & the washing pods as well as dishcloths, brooms mops, etc. Fabulous sized terrace with amazing sea views, supplied with table, chairs beds and umbrella. Spotlessly clean on arrival, however the decor is a bit tired. Kitchen units could do with new doors as laminate is warping. My main gripe is the bathroom sink is set so far back into the huge vanity unit, that only a very tall person could reach the soap on the back wall. I am a petite lady and could not comfortably wash my teeth, or hands. I had to go to the kitchen. A child could not cope either. The huge bed is sooo comfortable, some of the drawers in the bedroom had a mildewy smell. Lovely pool area. Both restaurants we found great service, price and quality. I thought the on site supermarket had poor choices, unless you’re a child, no variety, poor fresh fruit quality and overpriced. We had a car hire as property is in the hills and not many shops around, so we went to Lidl, and any walk would be up a very steep hill. Plenty of free parking. Lovely staff & very obliging.

Had another great stay at Ramada, been before and will return. Everything is done right there and sunbed monitored for use to stop people keeping them without use. Staff very friendly and helpful.

Lovely holiday

Lovely family holiday. Stayed in 2 bedroom apartment with washing machine and dishwasher. Friendly professional staff, clean and comfortable. Good reasonably priced pool bars and restaurants and adult cocktail bar. We budgeted for taxis so location was not a problem.
