We stayed in the triple bed room and it was spacious and comfortable. The check in process was a bit tedious as we were not provided the information needed, ahead of time. There is no front desk or staff present, we had to call an operator for the information. Otherwise, check in wasn’t too bad. Each person had an amenity kit and pair of slippers waiting. The toilet and shower were in separate spaces. The surrounding area is very quiet but not unsafe. Approx 15 minute walk from subway or 5 minute walk from the bus stop. Overall a comfortable stay, just wished the check in process was a bit more efficient.

ダブルベッド４つのうち、上段２つはシーツが掛けられていない。 自分の確認不足も有るが、お風呂ではなくシャワールームだったので、小さな子どもづれには厳しかった。 ホームシアターがあったが、Netflixなどの全てが見られなくて、結局、液晶テレビの地デジしかみれなかった。

まず、チェックインから最悪。タブレット端末で宿泊者全員の入力を寒いロビーでさせる。これって事前にスマホでできなかったのでしょうか？時間の無駄でしかない。スタッフとの通話でも雑音だらけで、聞き取れないのに勝手に通話を切られる。駐車場はあり、空いてるのに、ないと言われる。私達は素直にお金を払ってコインパーキングに止めましたが、他の車はずーと止めてましたが？どういうことですか？納得いかない。 部屋に入れば、生乾きの臭い、風呂はカビだらけ、ホコリも凄い。自分で掃除しました。 プロジェクターと2段ベッドは子供が喜んでました。

地點離車站遠，check in 很麻煩，沒有職員在場協助，只能用平板電腦與職員通話，預訂了兩間房間，用密碼開門後竟然其中一間已給其他住客，對方行李還在房間，幸好沒有住客在內。 最後只好再與職員聯絡，再給另一間房間予我，睡了一晚，第二天早上房門貼了便條說URGENT!! 要中午12點前退房😤，又要執拾行李再與職員聯絡再給另一間房間給我。這間酒店給住客印象太差了，沒有職員會清潔房間，住了7天6夜，垃圾要自行清理。房內沒有額外垃圾袋。

シャワーの圧が弱い。 隣の部屋がうるさい。 1番最悪なのが、チェックインの４８時間前にくるはずのチェックインに必要なメール連絡が来なくて、前日に自分で問い合わせたこと。楽天の専用電話に全く繋がらない中、いざ電話に出ると、やる気のない電話対応。 じゃあチェックインの当日の午前中までに送るからいいでしょ？みたいな対応でした。 もう一回電話掛け直して、すぐにショートメールで対応させました。 唯一のいい点は、部屋が特殊な事くらい。 もう利用することはないですね。

ホテル自体はとても良い。 アメニティが少ないのが少し残念でしたが、他は良かったです！ とにかく予約番号が最後まで分からず 問い合わせないといけないのが面倒です。 人がいないなら、その辺しっかりしてほしい。

部屋は、楽天の可愛いお部屋でとっても良かったです。 可愛いアメニティも3人分揃えてあり、テンションが上がりました。 難点は、 洗濯機を使ったら、最初は良かったが、途中から騒音が凄かった。 シャワールームは、換気が悪く、とても息苦しかった。 駐車場は、停めないでってなってたのに、停めてる人がいて、損をした気分になった。 周りには何もなくて、何するにも、車がないと不便だった。

部屋も広く、プロジェクターも、電子レンジもあり大変満足です。 子供が小さく、靴を脱ぐタイプの部屋を探していたので、とてもよかったです。 チェックインアウトに時間がかかり過ぎる。 ①入力内容を事前に送信できるようにしてほしい ②朝8時にチェックアウトをしようと思ったが、タブレットからスタッフへの連絡が繋がらなかった(ずっと再度かけ直せと出) ③フロント？の電波が悪過ぎて、携帯から連絡しても声が途切れて聞こえない(楽天モバイル)
