Hassle free ideally placed for clubs bars etc ,student town though so if your not into nightlife not the place for you as it’s right in the middle of the nightlife scene

Affligeant !

Pas de lumiĂšre dans le palier. Une seule plaque Ă©lectrique est disponible (manque le bouton pour l'autre) mais de toute façon ça fait disjoncter l’ensemble. Rideaux trop petits pour les fenĂȘtres. Pas de lampes de chevet. Tous les robinets fuient. PoussiĂ©reux. Brosse a toilette sale. Enfin, prestations qui ne valent pas le prix demandĂ©. Une pensĂ©e pour le monsieur Ă  l’accueil, d’une grande gentillesse et qui ne doit pas entendre que des compliments.

L hĂ©bergement est cher pour le niveau de prestation fourni : une chasse d eau hors service , des carreaux et des fenĂȘtres poussiĂ©reuses. Le bĂątiment ancien et joli a Ă©tĂ© rĂ©novĂ© sans souci de la qualitĂ© et sans finition. C’est dommage car une rĂ©novation de qualitĂ© ferait de cet hĂ©bergement une adresse a retenir . Ne pas y aller sauf s il n y a que cela de disponible.

L'accueil trĂšs bien, agrĂ©able et disponible. Bonne literie. La vaisselle moins bien. On a l'impression que la personne prĂ©cĂ©dente l'avait lavĂ©e rapidement d'oĂč quelque restes sur les assiettes et verre. Comme quand vous lavez la vaisselle au lave-vaisselle et que le lavage reste imparfait. AprĂšs, dans un appart hĂŽtel, il vaut toujours mieux relaver la vaisselle pour l'utiliser

Établissement en fin de travaux de rĂ©novation (mais pas terminĂ©). Des portes pas repeintes pleines de traces, des joints pas posĂ©s, des meubles encore emballĂ©s dans les coins de l'appartement et j'en passe. La veille, on nous demande notre heure d'arrivĂ©e, le jour mĂȘme nous arrivons Ă  l'heure indiquĂ©e. On nous demande alors de patienter "5min" le temps que l'on termine de prĂ©parer la chambre, rĂ©sultat nous avons attendu une demie heure pour que finalement tous les lits ne soient mĂȘme pas prĂȘts... et la cerise sur le gĂąteau, d'Ă©normes fenĂȘtres, trĂšs bien, mais aucun rideau ni volet. Donc rĂ©veil aux aurores obligatoire avec la lumiĂšre en pleine tĂȘte.. autant dire que je ne recommande pas du tout.

A lire les commentaires, plusieurs appartements sont en location dans cet immeuble. Typiquement des appartements louĂ©s auparavant en longues durĂ©es et maintenant en sĂ©jours courts. J'Ă©tais dan l'appartement oĂč les ampoules de tĂȘtes de lit Ă©taient toujours absente. Pas de set cuisine: torchon, liquide vaisselle, Ă©ponge, pas balais. Pas de gel douches. Des rideaux pas assez larges et non occultants. Du simple vitrage cĂŽte cour... AprĂšs la gentillesse des gardiens et l'accueil Ă©taient parfait. Il ne faut pas hĂ©siter Ă  leur demander s'il manque quelque chose... Mais les dĂ©ranger tard le soir ou tĂŽt le matin, c'est dĂ©rangeant. Il manque donc juste un tout petit quelque chose pour que nombre des commentaires non sataisant disparaissent.
