Nice property, great value and well located for beach, shops etc. and the staff are friendly and helpful. I'd happily stay here again. The only reason I'm not giving Encore five stars is that the gym floor never seems to get cleaned, and my 19th floor room had a few issues like a leaky Nespresso machine, broken bathroom strip light and a dead Dyson vaccum.

Great location, very quiet and so close to everything in Broadbeach. Parking was simple and very safe. We never saw anyone or heard anyone on our floor and the facilities inside the appt were excellent. Highly recommend, will definitely stay again.
