The hotel is ok for the price we paid but smelled badly inside the hallway and the elevator. This is not an hotel because they have people’s stay there

Disappointed

We’ve checked-out one hour after check-in. We were really disappointed by the lack of intimacy in the room and didn’t felt comfortable. There’s no way we want to stay in a room where you can see the other person showering through the wall separating the shower and the bedroom. And we can see through the glass door separating the kitchen and the bathroom. I wouldn’t even recommande this room to friends travelling together nor for a couple. Also, we didn’t like the check-in procedure. There’s nobody at the counter. It’s really impersonal and the sound of the talking device is not good. We didn’t felt welcome, even if the person with who we talked was really nice. I have to mention that the cleanliness of the room was not as we expected. The shower curtain had mold and there was a red liquid stain in the bath. The floor was also dirty. I’ve been very disappointed by our room and I’ve preferred to book somewhere else.

도톤보리까지 걸어서 20분정도 걸림 25제곱미터로 일반 호텔보다 넓음 세탁기, 싱크대, 냉장고, 전자렌지, 옷장있음 조식 제공함, 체크인 및 체크아웃 하는날에 난바역 근처에 본사 사무실이 있어 짐보관 서비스가 가능함 종합적으로 볼때 가성비 좋음

Extremely spacious and well located

鄰近近鐵今宮戎站和地鐵惠美須町站，交通方便。寄存行李是在近鐵難波站，和酒店距離一個車站，但問題不太。酒店提供早餐，款式不多但很美味，每天可食飽飽才出行，很方便。 唯一缺點是床墊太薄，枕頭只有一個不夠，瞓得不舒服。 但整體性價比還是很高的。

It is one stop aways from Namba, easy to navigate. Free breakfast is surprising treat. As this is our first time staying in this hotel, wasn't aware of the self-check-in process, once that is over, the stay has been a pleasant experience. Definitely recommend.
