This unit was not clean and had a musty oder. Carpet, curtains and toilet were dirty. The garburator leaked under the sink. The shower head needs replacing. The stove hood filter was greasy. The freezer was frosted. The room came with a kitchen but lacked adequate dishes. We ended up buying dishes that we left behind. The room did not look like the pictures represented on the website. On the other hand, the building staff, service and facilities were acceptable.

The view was great. The only elevator being out of order 2 days out of my 9 days there made walking up to the 34th floor painful. The room had everything I needed to cook a few meals so that was helpful. I would stay at this place again if they had both elevators working. The location was great and for the price it was much cheaper then other hotels or Air B&B’s in the area. If you are in good shape and prepared to walk up some stairs then this place may be for you just based on the price.

The elevators were not working. While there we found out that this is very common at that hotel. Our room was old and very dated. Not what we were sold on line. The elevators get shut down anytime the wind blows. Expedia should take it off their hotels.

Our room looked nothing like the picture. The door lock area looked like someone had broken in with an axe. The cabinet door under the sink was falling off, and we had one elevator serving 40 floors. Great location!

It's a dump

I'm not a hotel snob, but this was well below my expectations. Very disappointing condition for what I paid. I felt ripped off. I'll never stay here again. I had no problem with the check in process, the condition of the room was horrible.

I was in constant contact with the property. I informed them that my flight would arrive at 6 am and asked if I could check in. The hotel replied to the email and stated they would be able to accomdate my request which I was enternally grateful for. The only thing was when I arrived my room was given to another guest and when I asked why did that happen I was given a lecture about how I didn't notify them I was coming earlier. I literally had to show the email to the staff and than they started apologizing. I had to wait until 1130 am to check in. When I got into the room I was supposed to have 1 queen bed they gave us 2 double beds. At that time u was too tired to argue with the staff. The washrooms were not clean doesn't look like it's been cleaned in awhile. The shower rod constantly fell, no recycling bin, and they didn't provide enough soap or body wash.

Staff was excellent , room was in dire need of a Reno . Stove burners weren’t working properly, light switch broken and one lamp did not work . As a kitchenette it was parse , very few kitchen supplies to cook with.

It was a dump. No service. No bedspread. No fitted sheet on the mattress. Only one drawer worked on the dresser. The TV would not turn off it had to be unplugged. The kitchen furniture was from a patio. Furniture was ancient. Closet door did not open. Brown spots on the wall in the bathroom. Black mold in the shower. Carpet torn curtain falling apart. No dish cloth or tea towel. They WOULD NOT provide kitchen cloths we had to use a face cloth and bath towel. The bathroom faucets sprayed when turned on. Toilet required at least two flushes for #2. They sprayed the garden around the pool before noon. This attracted flies around the pool. The did not supply pool towels... WE ASKED. Two of the mornings we were awakened by a jack hammer being used in the suite above removing ceramic tile from the concrete floor. There is more... I took videos... The place sucked.

My husband and I stayed at the Marina and overall it was okay. The room was clean. The view was lovely. I didn't realize there was no lanai. Only receiving one fob with two room keys was a pain, as we had to coordinate meeting to get access to the building. We also didn't see anyone physically around for help for the first few days we were there.

One elevator noise poor furniture unusable toilet

Arriving late night. forced me to pay vacation fee $15 extra wifi not working so that I had to pay for a local roaming charge One elevator broken waiting time in the morning is 30 min Toilet is the worst one you can not sit properly because of its bathroom design I know it's cheap on the paper but actually total cost is well over 100. At the end, I could stay better hotel with this total bill amount and I really regret I stayed in this hotel. NO MORE TRICK or pay me back for this matter

Not my favourite.

We got there quite late - no one to talk to just a number, which would have been fine if we didn't have to use our phones without a phone plan. It wasn't horrible for the price we were paying but we found that the room was not that clean. Old sheets/ bed linens, stains on the floor, etc. There was also disruptions in the elevator. We were on the 11th floor and it took a long time for the elevator - which wasn't horrible - actually quite understandable. However on the last day the elevator was down completely, and it costs $50 per hour for late check out - so we had to walk our luggage down all the way. All and all I would recommend.

There are cockroaches in our rooms. They have two elevators but only one barely worked. Our room is on the 34 floor and almost every day we have to climb one time. We didn’t deserve it for 160 dollar hotel fees per night. They are hiding the elevators problems to customers.

Hotel is close to the beach and good ocean view

Hotel itself need an overhaul.room curtain are old and dirty and also torn apart.the first few days of my stay there ,the 3rd floor (which is the laundry room ) was flooded. It has that very faul smell when you get in to the elevator.The air condition is right where your bed is ,it was to noisy that you can't sleep.The only goid things about it , is the view ,was amazing!

Lower your expectations at the Waikiki Marina

Waikiki Marina is dated and in need to major renovation. Since units are individually owned there are huge differences in the quality of accommodation (no one room is the same), so beware of what you might waiting for you when you arrive. Buyer beware!

Nice ocean view n very close to beach

The hotel checkin time is 4pm, so it is quite late, and there is no front desk staff at all, you have to call a number for someone to come to help you check in. one of the elevator is down so there is some waiting for it but it is getting fix at the time, Other than above, the view and the room are fine, no daily clean up unless you stay a week or longer. Hotel is closed to everything so beach n shopping n food are closed by. I would have rated it higher if not for the above negatives
