We traveled with our family of 5 for my daughter's birthday and then my mom joined us. The place is perfect! The staff is so friendly, helpful, and professional. The penthouse is amazing and the views were beautiful every morning and every night. We would definitely return here for a stay!

Like living in a luxury home in Madrid.

Great location. The rooms are wonderfully comfortable, and beautiful as pictured. Particularly nice was having air conditioning, and the rooms all had perfect darkness and sound proofing, so none of the busy nightlife could be heard, and we could sleep as late as we wanted without disruption. This was great for the kids, especially. I also enjoyed having a gym downstairs while I could workout while the rest of the fam slept. Very nice and helpful staff. Great location. Great grocery stores right across the square. Everything we needed in the kitchen.

The amenities were excellent. But, the costumer service was awful. Since the moment we enter the reception date 10.07.22 at around 8 or 9pm the blonde lady at the front desk was super rude. She even said textually that: ā€œwe need to pay 300 euros in case we damage the property.ā€ First, hotels make a warranty hold on your card, not a full payment and also they NEVER say it is in case we ā€œdamage the propertyā€ as we are some kind of animals. She even said when I ask for my voucher, that I didnā€™t need a copy, I said I want my copy and I received a rude look. Later on, at the check out we call early in the morning to reception to clarify weā€™ll do a late check out at 1pm, they say itā€™s ok. Them at 12:55pm when we were closing our luggage to go downstairs, two cleaning ladies star knocking and ringing the bell insistently, Iā€™m pregnant and I was running as fast as I can to open the door, even I was telling them to give me a minute to reach the door. Also, the plaza in front of the building is really dangerous, theyā€™re always cops taking drunk people into custody. Conclusion: one of my worts experiences.

Buen apart hotel en Madrid!

muy buen espacio, buena ubicacion, muy buen diseno, Dos quejas: primera, se debe dar la opcion de llegar por el lateral del hotel con las maletas, en el frente es extremadamente incomodo arrastrar el equipaje para una larga estancia, segundo la senorita que nos atendio, le hice la pregunta si no tenia un piso superior, que esperaba su respuesta para desempacar y nunca nos contesto nada, una falta de respeto.
