Quiet and comfortable

We had a great experience staying at casa guillermina, everything you need is very close. It was nice and clean for a great price we will totally come back.

Terrible hard bed, overcharged for stay

When I got there the owner didnt speak english as it said on hotels.com. She also tried to get me to pay in cash with pesos even though we had agreed the previous night that I would pay with my credit card and be charged in US dollars and she would pay for the 3% conversion fee. Well she didnt do that and charged me more than the price as well as didnt take care of the currency conversion fee. Also the beds were super hard and I woke up so sore. And the guests next to us and above us were super loud late and night and early in the morning blasting their tv, yelling and stomping around so im exhausted.
