Good location and beautiful accommodation. Some hangers would have been nice and there is no hair dryer there. Staff were excellent and very accommodating. The washer was a definite bonus and upon request, they provided a drying rack. Kitchen well equipped and comfortable bed.

Best choice for staying in Casablanca

Great location for tour in Casablanca, and calm, cozy, modern, and spacious room. The best one thing that security(?!) man in front of the enterence is very kind, generous and polite every time. I was so happy to know him and this lovely place.

Torn curtains that would close. Many on room amenities like ironing board, laundry detergent, coffee and others were not in the room. Furniture soiled and generally looking very tired

Struttura recente e dall'impatto moderno ma con molte pecche sulla manutenzione. Il ragazzo che ci ha accolto è stato molto disponibile anche a farci cambiare appartamento visto che nel nostro persisteva un odore sgradevole. Neo negativo per noi che eravamo al quarto piano l'assenza completa dell'acqua dalle 23 alle 6 della mattina per tutto il nostro soggiorno (5 notti). Vi era un cartello in ascensore che citava "causa autorità locali". L'utente doveva essere subito avvertito nel momento della prenotazione!!!! Preciso inoltre che ho soggiornato anche in un'altra struttura a Casablanca e questo problema non c'era! Ovviamente ci si adatta come abbiamo fatto io e la mia compagna, tornando prima la sera per doccie, ecc, ma ribadisco che la struttura doveva avvisare via mail i clienti che nel caso avrebbero cambiato struttura!

The place is not horrible but it is not very good either. The shower drain was clogged and omitted terrible odor after shower. Speaking of showers, they shut off all water from 11pm to 6am everyday which was not inclosed before we booked the room, so be aware!

Beautiful design but not well kept. Nothing was provided in the apartment. There was one towel for us when we had mentioned that there was fhree of us. I hope management takes my comments into consideration to improve. It is very beautifully designed and I loved that it is Moroccan owned and I like to support local businesses.
