Loved the condo, which is spacious and comfortable. Parking garage is great. Did not like people who smoked on the balcony because it blew over to ours and forced us to go inside. It is a smoke free building!!!!!! It even says No Smoking on balcony.

The views are amazing, every room faces water. Parking garage can be tight. Some updating is definitely needed. Having Dynkin Donuts attached is great perk.

Hotel on beach

Nice location. Hotel is in need of updating badly. Although the bathroom and kitchen were clean. The dishwasher was rusted and missing a knob. The furniture in the living area was uncomfortable to sit on and stained.

The room was ok. Enough room for two people max. It was not up to date as other hotels. The beds was not comfortable. The shower was cold, still cold after letting it run to warm up. Overall the area was quiet.

Nice location but disappointed with the rental.

The check in process was easy, parking was good, as was the location. The condo we rented is well worn and could use some intense cleaning and updates. While the beds and bathroom were clean, the living room walls were splattered with a liquid that had run down the walls and dried, there was a substance on the bathroom door frame and lots of dust. It was not pleasant. I will share that we made a call and someone came the next day to take care of all of these issues. The young lady was apologetic and quick to take care of everything.
