Really enjoyed our stay at Mint House! Came into town for the St.Pete Grand Prix and the location was fantastic. Very easy to get places, we either walked or hopped on the bus. There were dining options nearby and our stay lined up with a local market one of the mornings. Room was very clean and was stocked with most things we needed. The pool is right along the sidewalk and gets some traffic looking into the pool area, wasn't overly private but didn't bother us much. We heard through talking to some people the hotel was an official sponsor for the GP, so wish there had been more communication about that when we booked or when we arrived. Overall enjoyed our stay, would stay here again

Lovely place. Price changes as you book. Showed lower price and at check out changed to show more for weekend day, making the bill significantly larger. Parking is a minute walk but an extra fee as well. But overall impression is fantastic. Headache free and very comfortable.

There is No self parking Parking is on the streets with 2 hour time limit during the day OT expensive valet parking. The apartment was excellent. It had a kitchen plus washer amd dryer. The coffee and twa were high-quality. Wanted to stay extra night but the price doubled.

Mint house is a great choice to stay because it is walking distance to all sorts of restaurants and shops. Near the stadium. The staff are courteous and just nice! The only slight negative is the lack of parking so it pays to pay for valet at mint house and that is $35 a day. All parking around is only for 2 hours.

Share You said: correct the following review that i'm typing regarding the mint house: Stayed here a few times since they opened and it seems as it's only going in downwards direction, the housekeeping and maintenance of the rooms and the facility is bad and getting worse, it's the last time I'm staying here regardless the price. However, the communication was great and they refunded my money, and made sure to send the housekeeping right away, but it seems like the entire housekeeping management is poor and so on their inspections on the cleaning of the rooms. The bed and pillow also are very poor and I actulley felt like the linnens werent changed from the previous guest, as they were so wrinkled.
