The food was unfortunately barely edible. Occasionally there was a dish which was good/ok, but the majority of the food was tasteless, the meat very tough, and the eggs like rubber. We ended up going out for dinner. Very disappointing. The shower was terrible, water was weak and simply didn’t work properly, and kept flooding the bathroom floor. The room was not completely clean. The balcony door was very difficult to open and close. The personal were polite, and the entertainment team were brilliant.

Bon séjour

Établissement très grand, idéalement situé l’esthétique extérieur très sympa. Personnel au top, gentil, accueillant et disponible. Plusieurs piscines à dispositions, bémol quand à l’heure d’ouvertures de celles-ci (10h-18h) par contre, très bien entretenues. Notre appartement n’était pas adapté pour une famille de 4 personnes, un peu petit et literie pas super confortable. Buffet pas de grande qualité, salle de sport très vétuste, appareils ne fonctionnant pas ou étant cassé. Animations pas très variés ou tout est animé en anglais. Beaucoup de choses faites pour les touristes allemands et anglais….. Malgré tout cela très bon séjour, Palma de Majorque est une destination magique

Meget slidt hotel. Mangler generelt hygiejne ved buffet i restaurant. Der er spritdispensere men ingen bruger dem da de var tomme og dårligt placeret. Maden kedelig og uden smag og generelt meget tørt kød. Ensformigt. Pool beskidt. Aircondition virkede ikke optimalt på alle værelser. Håbløst med antal solsengen ved pool. Den ene pool var slet ikke åben.

Bra läge men väldigt låg kvalitet på maten

Bra läge men mindre bra hotell. Dålig servicekänsla , krånglig incheckning, konstigt pant-system för all inclusive dryck. Matkvaliteten långt under standard trots högt pris per natt. Vi åt middag flera kvällar på andra restauranger då maten och miljön i restaurangen på hotellet var väldigt låg

Hello I am writing to share a recent 1/5 star experience that I believe should be actioned on, as my boyfriend and I did not receive the service we paid to receive. In short, and bullet points: · We didn't stay at the hotel we paid for · The place was dirty with sand everywhere on the floor when we arrived. Several days passed before fixing, even though the cleaning staff did enter the room to "clean" on more than one occasion, but they just changed the towels, made the bed, and left. · Upon arrival, we found old blood on our bed sheets. These bedsheets never got changed, despite us being there for ~ten days plus our request to change this got ignored twice (Two times!). · We wrote an email to the hotel, pre-booking, to ask about our hotel room. It got ignored. We used the official email address on Gavimar's website (info@gavimar-hotels.com). You can find it on this page in the footer: https://www.calagranhotel.com/. · We called the reception pre-booking and got told that all-inclusive meant all-inclusive with whatever drink we wanted in their bar. But, in reality, we only got access to cheap versions of cocktails and other kinds of alcohol (We had to pay extra to get the "real" deal).

Très bon séjour en famille.

Très bon séjour en famille fin octobre. Agréable hôtel situé en bord de plage et près des magasins de vacances.Par contre insonorisation des chambres à revoir.

本当に最高の宿です！

海までも徒歩５分！シュノーケルで魚がたくさん見れました！ホテルでも毎日色々とイベントを用意して下さって毎日とても楽しかったです。目の前でパエリアとサングリアを作って提供してくれたり、マジックショーも本格的！毎日あるミニディスコはうちの子は大好きで家に帰ってからも踊ってます(笑)お買い物も徒歩圏内に色々あるので本当におススメ！！また、来年も利用させて頂きたいと思える宿でした！！

zwembaden okee maar weinig plaats voor bedjes eten was niet warm personeel receptie erg behulpzaam maar bij de eetzaal kon er geen goedemorgen of smakelijk eten uit komen. kamers oud bollig maar wel schoon wij gaan er niet meer terug erg slecht parkeren in de omgeving maar wel vlakbij het strand en het centrum
