Great hotel, not in the center but there is a bus stop right in front that makes it getting around very easy. They have a public parking garage next to the hotel for easy parking and parking on the street. Hotel is generally quiet and safe. We had a small issue which they rectified immediately, communication with the hotel was answered promptly.

convenient streetcar and bus stop directly in front of hotel, (Vienna transit is excellent) grocery stores approx. 1k away. Pizza restaurant downstairs. A bit loud because it backs onto the rail tracks

Toilet wasn’t cleaned Noise from road users didn’t allow sleep. Wi-Fi details wasn’t correct and no communication means from room to reception. Another building away. Overall not convenient. We checked out after one night

Very good property However, if you are driving, checking in is a nightmare, no parking on the street even for a minute to unload your luggage. We got a ticket from the police, which showed up within 4 minutes.

Garage vom Hotel sehr teuer. Von Montag bis Freitag kann man nur mit Parkschein auf der Straße parken. Zimmer sehr sauber, großzügig und schön ausgestattet, alles sehr gut. Straße aber laut, wenn man Fenster aufmacht. Zimmer diesmal zur Hauptstraße, das letzte mal hatten wir eins zum Hinterhof. Das war viel besser. Sehr kinderfreundlich.

Really nice time staying in the family loft. Transport links into tourist areas are very easy. Lack of a reasonable breakfast buffet option is a downside (€18 per person!). At least there is a Stöck about 5 minutes walk up the road for a more reasonable breakfast. It also wasn't clear where bins should be emptied to. But this is a minor gripe.

Grace was outstanding - but no to €18 breakfast!

Location was great, the property is clean and Grace was outstanding helping us check-in. I was going to relax during off hours and watch a bit of TV. The TV went off every 10 mins, which was extremely annoying. I almost burnt one of my kids bathing them; the water goes cold and extremely hot within seconds. Hard to control the temperature. While Grace was nice, her colleague not so much. We had to checkout a day earlier and although we were not asking for and/or getting a refund, her colleague was standing behind the counter pretending not to see me. I walked to the counter after few mins and with a very demeaning attitude she asked “can I help you”. It’s shocking how some people are paid to do their job but they don’t want to do it. Employees like Grace goes above and beyond and those like her colleague kills the team performance.

1. Check-in-Prozess: Der Check-in-Code hat weder mit dem ersten noch mit dem zweiten Code funktioniert. Das führte zu einer Verzögerung von über einer Stunde, was mit Kindern besonders belastend und umständlich war. 2. Zimmerausstattung: Im Zimmer waren zwei Babybetten vorbereitet, obwohl wir für zwei Kinder im Alter von 12 und 16 Jahren gebucht hatten. Zudem war die ausziehbare Couch nicht hergerichtet und musste erst vorbereitet werden. Das hätte bei unserer Ankunft bereits erledigt sein müssen. 3. Fernseher: Der Fernseher im Zimmer hat nicht funktioniert, da die TV-Karte fehlte. Dadurch war das TV-Programm nicht abrufbar, was enttäuschend war. 4. Parkmöglichkeiten: Die Tiefgarage auf der gegenüberliegenden Straßenseite war öffentlich und mit 40 € pro Nacht extrem teuer. Zudem war die Beschilderung sowohl zur Tiefgarage als auch von der Tiefgarage ins Hotel unzureichend, was das Finden der richtigen Wege deutlich erschwert hat. Eine bessere Ausschilderung wäre dringend erforderlich

Nice affordable apartment with a small gym that is poorly cleaned. Cleaning is done every four days, but even then, the results are not thorough enough. There are no cleaning supplies provided if you wish to clean on your own. Additionally, there was constant construction noise, and having a car/uber is essential to get around.
