We were very impressed with the owners property. It was just like the ad. There were a lot of extra little touches added that made a difference for us. We felt very safe in this area, lots of walking options and the beach was lovely. We would certainly come back again! Highly recommend this place.

We loved our stay at Sleepy Bay! Upon arrival, there was a wonderful welcome package. We were immediately struck by both the beauty of the large property (which our dog also loved), as well as how spacious and clean the accommodations were. The location is just off the State Highway, allowing for easy access to Navarre beach (only a 10 minute drive), as well as being an in-between point to Pensacola Beach and Fort Walton Beach. At the end of our days exploring and enjoying the beach, it felt just like coming home. We enjoyed many days relaxing on the fantastic deck overlooking the water, appreciating the sights and sounds of East Bay. Frank and Stacey were very responsive, and are wonderful people! We miss you all, and Sunshine too! We would definitely stay here again.
