Great location, short walk to the beach. Quiet, peaceful area. Convenient parking. Spacious living and sleeping area. Fully kitchen with everything you need. Chairs and umbrella for the beach and washing machines nearby if you need them. The access to the beach puts you next to a resort so the crowds one would typically encounter on a public beach did not exist. We will be returning as soon as we can!

Although we have been to Sarasota many times it was our first time staying in Lido beach and I would absolutely stay here again and fully recommend this condo. It was very clean and super convenient! Only minutes away from the beach and a short walk to St Armand’s circle The owners were so accommodating and made sure we had lots of information about the area. We had a fantastic vacation and can’t wait to go back. Thank you!

We were a multi generational family making a trip to visit extended family. Property is as described. We had two small dogs and the fenced in backyard was perfect. Pool was awesome and was enjoyed daily. Beds are comfortable and the house had all the appliances you would need. Screen in front porch was a bonus and enjoyed early in the AM while having our coffee.

We absolutely love our stay at Doug and Lynne’s garden cottage. It is exactly as described and obvious that much personal care and intention have gone into it. The garden is a calm and creative oasis, the private deck is perfect for a quiet evening drink under a canopy of green. The cottage has everything you need. The bed is comfortable (we prefer a softer mattress). We walked downtown a few times for our night out. And driving to any of the local sites was extremely easy. Doug and Lynne are welcoming, warm and very accessible hosts. We loved our stay.
