We spent many an hour enjoying the pool, the view and the comfortable outdoor furniture. The weather was mixed but having the sectional undercover made it really easy to enjoy the outdoors. A couple of nice warm blankets would be useful. The beds were high quality and very comfortable! We really appreciated the flexibility of an early check-in. Silvia was very attentive. We thoroughly enjoyed our 11 day stay. Looking forward to returning,

Me and my family (including a 1.5yr old) stayed here for 6 days and it was great!! The house and the property is spacious and they have thought of everything you would need!! Lucia was lovely and helpful and her restaurant was delicious. We would happily book here over and over again :)

We had a large group, with many kids, and this was the ideal property. It allowed us to enjoy an ideal villa in tuscany. The property is picturesque, and well maintained. Air conditioning which is not common, was present. Valerio went above and beyond to be a great host, and was very attentive. Thank you for providing this villa for a very memorable stay.

The place was extremely clean, and spacious. How was very nice and helpful. Wildlife was great but did not interfere with sleep. Great stay.

Perfect accommodation and an awesome pool. Citta della Pie e a most charming town. Great for groceries, restaurants and pizzerias. Must have a car but perfect peace at villa. Any problem soon taken care of and Jacopo’s wi e is perfect.
