El Sargento villas

Our stay at Peter’s home was absolutely incredible. The house itself is stunning, with breathtaking views, a perfect location, and amenities that exceeded our expectations—thank you!With a group of eight, we had plenty of space to gather or retreat for some quiet time. The kitchen was fully equipped, making meal prep for all of us effortless. Being connected to the Todo Bien resort was a fantastic bonus—we enjoyed the restaurant, pools, paddle boards, and more. The resort staff were attentive and helpful in every way.Peter is an exceptional host, always quick to respond and incredibly helpful with all our questions. Our time in La Ventana was nothing short of extraordinary, and we can’t wait to return!

Jorge is a great host, very accommodating and his place is amazing. We absolutely loved the well appointed outdoor kitchen!!! Our suite was clean and extremely comfortable. Very short walk to the beach and the use of kayaks was an added bonus. We highly recommend staying here. No disappointments whatsoever. Thanks Jorge !!

Lovely stay in comfortable home very centrally located between La Ventana and El Sargento. Just a couple houses from the beach but also the main strip with grocery stores, coffee shops, and lots of taco stands. Eduardo was very responsive and super helpful in planning adventures during our stay. We loved the "compound" as we called it, very safe and private. As mentioned in the ad, the pool is quite cold and the wind really does howl through here. We definitely want to come back and spend a week just learning to kite surf.

We had an amazing time here. You can kite right from the beach in the front of the property and about a 15 min beach walk to Vantana Kiting school. As someone mentioned the stairs to the beach are not for someone who has mobility issues but amazing spot! There is lots of room and parking. Could have used some extra beach towels and spices but everything else we needed was supplied. Definitely hope to stay again in the future.
