Wonderful stay at this house. Staff was amazing, food was delicious and bartenders made tasty drinks! Grounds were well maintained and kayaks were a nice way to start each morning. We will definitely be back!

It didn’t take long for our family of 12 to settle into this beautiful home and have one of the most relaxing one week vacations. Valentino went above and beyond in accommodating our needs and sometimes even before we knew what we wanted. Chef Abby was awesome to work with in planning our meals and her creations kept us wanting more. A bright 5 star for DreamTime!

I read all the other reviews before I booked this property. And I have to say they are all TRUE. The house was amazing. Location amazing. And staff were amazing. Rodrick even went out of his way to go and buy a shell for my teen daughter. Melanie and Annette were so lovely and helpful. Truly a gem of a place and one of our best holidays to date!

Just got back from a week-long stay at Windfall Villa and have nothing but positive things to say about the experience. The villa was large, clean, and comfortable. The area in which it is located was safe and surrounded by nature. Each room has good A/C, a comfortable bed, and an ensuite with hot showers. Plus, the view of the ocean from my window was spectacular. Kitchen was clean and complete and we used it often to prepare meals, plus there is a cool-looking grill outside and lots of options for outdoor dining. The villa has cable and wi-fi should you get stuck with a rainy day. You can trust the photos and descriptions in the listing. Our FAVOURITE thing about the property, however, was the outdoors. The pool was the perfect temperature and was large enough to swim lengths in the morning, but then also was comfortable for daytime lounging and late night dips. Plus, when you get out of the pool to dry off in the sun, you're faced with a massive view of greenery all the way down to the ocean, with a bonus view of Montego Bay, which was particularly spectacular when lit up at night. We spent a lot of time in the pool and loved every second of it. That all said, the thing that makes Windfall Villa so special, and the reason you want to stay there, is Mel. Mel was the perfect host, and completely made our trip. Mel knows what's up, knows where to go, will listen to what you're looking for and then get you the best version of that. He was prompt when we arranged rides, was attentive to our needs day-to-day, but also gave us space on the days we were looking to relax. He joined us for our day trip to Negril and was a pleasure to spend the day with. Mel's cool and made us feel totally at home from the minute we arrived until the moment he dropped us off at the airport to fly home. Kifa also came by every day with a smile and a warm greeting, and made sure we had what we needed and tidied up the place. They're a great team and excellent hosts. You'll love Mel, you'll love the villa, you'll love the location, you'll love the views.

We had two separate families (each with small kids) and this house was perfect. The house had a crib an a high chair which was nice to have a couple less things to have to pack. The staff was amazing and the food was some of the best we have ever had! We swam in the pool the entire time, the beach at the house is defiantly not for swimming, but was fine for paddle boarding. We had a great time and loved the house, if I had one not perfect thing to say it would be about the beach behind the house. It is not as nice as pictured, would definitely not be having a dinner set up down there. Was fine to let kids play and build sand castles. But other than that everything was pretty similar to the pictures.
