We had a fantastic stay. The house was very equipped with everything we needed and more. Everything went very smoothly and the owner was very quick to respond to any questions we had. We brought our toddler and there was all the equipment we needed for him in the house and the pool fence was very secure and put our minds at ease with regards to his safety.

Neighborhood was very nice with well maintained homes. Our rental was perfect for ages 8-76. Kids loved pool and pool table. House was well stocked with all of our needs met. Would definitely recommend!

Three of us stayed for one week in February. The home was immaculate. We enjoyed the swim spa after long days of shopping and the beach. Everything down to the plush blankets and French press was impressive. It was a pleasure having things like beach towels, bags, coolers, chairs…available to use during outings. We chose this property largely based on the amazing reviews, so I had to come back to add ours to the pile. This stunning house is in a quiet area, which was perfect for our family. There were so many pool toys, our kids had hours of fun in there. There's an outdoor TV by the pool for any supervising adults who might prefer some time out of the pool. You can also see the pool clearly from the kitchen, which is very helpful. The kitchen....so well stocked and organized. The beds (and even pillows!) were incredibly comfortable. The place was spotless. The dock is beautiful, with a quiet, lovely canal system for kayaking. I cannot think of a single negative thing to say. There are 6 TVs in total! Thank you for being so welcoming, responsive and thoughtful in setting the place up for guests, Christina! Please don't retire and move down there just yet--our kids are already asking when we can go back!

My friends and my wife from Nova Scotia stayed here for 11 days and found that the place was excellent. Fred and Karen have created a very cozy and comfortable place to chill out and relax, great spot to do some fishing as well as see many of the tourist attractions in the Tampa area. Fred was very helpful and we cannot say enough good things a out him, he helped make a our fishing trips a success. We really appreciated all the little things he did while we were there and really enjoyed our visit. THANKS FRED AND KAREN!!! Looking forward to a return visit.

Thank you, Mike and Eva for having the perfect VRBO home for our family of 11. It was simply amazing to have the ability to fish right off the dock, everyone caught fish, every day. We loved the pool, and the grandkids spent hours in there. We would have her dinners outside and watch the kids swim for a few more hours while we relaxed on the patio. The houses, a beautiful ranch style, and has so much room for a family of 11 The location was great and we were able to travel easily to Saint Pete’s and Bradenton and Santa Maria Island.

The house was beautiful and clean. Much more spacious than we imagined. Only regret is that we should have booked longer!
