Entrance - Living room (3.82 x 3.78) with 2 single beds opening onto a south-facing terrace (14.80 m²) - Magnificent view of the channel and the fishing port (small gate allowing direct exit to the canal promenade) - Kitchen area: 3-burner induction hob, microwave oven, fridge-freezer, washer-dryer and dishwasher. Bedroom (2.56 x 3.76) opening onto the terrace: 1 bed 160. Shower room (sink and shower). WC.
This apartment is very popular for its large terrace and its access to the "Notre-Dame beach" - Magnificent view of the channel and the pass. The pleasure of the beach on foot or fishing. Household linen is not included in rentals.
