Designed and designed for the well-being of its inhabitants, the loft benefits from a dream location: once your car is left in the secure car park, you will be able to enjoy the charms of Hossegor on foot (Lake, Ocean, gourmet restaurants)

This loft wanting to be resolutely modern in its design is oriented to take advantage of its splendid view at all times. The room allows you to see the ocean at all times, and hear the sound of the waves, a unique moment of relaxation and well-being.

Hossegor, a city resolutely turned towards the ocean, is a gem of the Landes coast.
Nestled between the Landes pine forest and the ocean so known for its beautiful waves, the city has known over the years how to create its microcosm, and an art of living around leisure such as Surfing, golf, Paddle, tourism etc etc You discover unique shops, local people and of course a very surfing, see Californian atmosphere.
The region is full of splendid places, whether you are land or sea!

We try to make ourselves available to the maximum to welcome you according to your schedules. However please note that for arrivals on weekdays (Monday to Friday) entry into the premises cannot be made before 6 p.m.

Beautiful View

Fabulous location overlooking the beach. The apartment was clean with facilities for cooking and underground parking. Parking is an issue in this area as it is popular with surfers. There are many restaurants and bars within walking distance. The pictures are a true reflection of the apartment.

Perfect place to enjoy the beach and surrounding area...

I stayed in the loft flat for one week at the end of the August. If you're a beach lover, the way that I am, this is a perfect place to stay - I loved going to sleep listening to the ocean and waking up to see the sea ❤️ Would also be perfect for surfers. The hostess (and the local property manager) was extremely helpful and flexible, always responding in a timely personable manner - we had a small misunderstanding that was my error, and she was ver patient in resolving it with me 😊 The apartment is in good condition and accurately shown on the site. The kitchen was usable, but I didn't cook there. It was very convenient to have parking in the building. The area is super - there's a great bakery located in the building, and many good cafes and restaurants within a few minutes walking distance. Many amenities are located in the nearby town of Capbreton - 5 minutes by car. I'm looking forward to returning next year!

Hossegor Quoi de mieux qu’un appartement comme celui ci pour passer un séjour inoubliable à Hossegor. Situé en face de l’océan, qu’on ne peut rater avec une belle et grande baie vitrée, il allie parfaitement confort, praticité et esthétisme. La proximité avec les restaurants, commerces, surf shop, est appréciable d’autant plus qu’elle n’enlève pas le calme nécessaire la nuit. Merci pour ce bel accueil Anaïs. Merci pour ce bel accueil.
