Appartement récent dans une résidence sécurisée en bordure de rivière à la limite entre Capbreton et Hossegor, proche golf d'Hossegor.Appartement disposant d'une décoration soignée et d'un équipement haut de gamme. En supplément du descriptif, 1 lave-linge 1 sèche-linge dans la SdeB !Electroménager complet, mais manque un peu de vaisselle pour cuisiner.Grande terrasse avec vue agréable.Appartement sous les toits (attention à la hauteur pour les grands) et un peu sombre (2 velux dont les stores doivent rester fermés pour se protéger du soleil).Les plus : parking souterrain ascenseur accès à pied au marché d'Hossegor.

Calm and nice place

Very close from the center of Hossegor, marina on foot. All equipment of that property is modern and easy to use, complete and confortable.
