Exceptional large Villa, completely renovated in 2016, comfortable, 100 meters from the main beach of the great sand, historic place of great painters (Gauguin, De Haan, SĂ©rusier ...), 2 other nearby beaches including one for Surfers, Kerou beach. The villa is located where the painters Gauguin and Meyer de Haan among others lived. Starting point for many hiking trails, painters 'and customs officers' path. A large comfortable living / dining room for making large meals, 3 bathrooms. The 1912 villa is classified as a heritage site. Soundproofing has been carried out, a fireplace has been installed in order to also take advantage of the beauty of winter evenings and sublime stormy days. Private parking in the back for 5 cars.
The house will certainly be the place of your best memories.

Great stay in Le Pouldu

He had a great stay. The house was meeting all our expectations: very well located in the center of the village but still very quite, close to the beach and some nice restaurants. The house is well equipped and offers all the needed comfort. There were also bicycles available which we used to make some nice tours around the area. We appreciated very much the hospitality of the host!

nous avons passé un excellent séjour familiale (Parents,Enfants,Petit-Enfants)

Nous avons mis à profit le mariage de notre fille dans la région pour prolonger notre séjour d'une semaine avec tous nos enfants et petits enfants. L'ensemble de la prestation offerte par cette résidence a répondu à nos attentes et à largement contribuer à la satisfaction de chacun d'entre nous de passer un excellent séjour. Ein schöner Aufenthalt in Pouldu

Es war zum zweiten Mal eine sehr schöne Woche in Pouldu! Meine Familie und ich haben das Haus sehr genossen. Zuerst möchten wir die Gastfreundlichkeit unserer Gastgeber erwĂ€hnen, angefangen mit einer Willkommen Aufmerksamkeit bis hin zu Hilfe zur Nutzung des Kamins. So konnten wir mit einem gemĂŒtlichen Kaminfeuer das bretonische Wetter sehr gut verkraften! Das Haus ist großzĂŒgig eingerichtet, die KĂŒche lĂ€sst keinen Wunsch offen und die Kinder haben die Spielsachen sehr genossen. Das Haus ist einfach ein Ort um sich wohl zu fĂŒhlen.

Un trÚs beau séjour dans une villégiature d'exception

À peine arrivĂ©s dans la maison de Catherine et Philippe s'installe le sentiment que le sĂ©jour devrait durer plus longtemps! Catherine et Philippe sont des hĂŽtes trĂšs attentionnĂ©s aussi bien lors de l'accueil que dans l'amĂ©nagement de leur maison pour lequel ils font preuve d'un trĂšs bon goĂ»t. Rien ne manque, la cuisine est trĂšs bien amĂ©nagĂ©e et les chambres sont toutes confortables. La proximitĂ© de la plage et de petits commerces ajoutĂ©e au charme de la maison, sans oublier un temps fantastique, nous ferons penser souvent Ă  notre semaine de vacances familiales!

Un magnifique séjour entre amis

Nous avons passĂ© un excellent sĂ©jour dans cette magnifique Villa de l’OcĂ©an. EntiĂšrement rĂ©novĂ©e avec un goĂ»t certain, d’une propretĂ© irrĂ©prochable, cette villa est idĂ©alement situĂ©e, Ă  100m de la mer en plein centre de la trĂšs charmante commune du Pouldu. TrĂšs bien Ă©quipĂ©e, nous n’avons manquĂ© de rien, tout Ă©tait lĂ  pour notre plus grand confort, y compris une literie de grande qualitĂ©. Merci Ă  M et Mme JouĂ«t pour leur parfaite communication, ce sont des propriĂ©taires qui se soucient vraiment du bien-ĂȘtre de leurs hĂŽtes. Nous avons profitĂ© de leurs conseils pour visiter les alentours, de belles ballades dans ce trĂšs joli coin de Bretagne.

Nous avons sĂ©journĂ© Ă  la Villa de l’OcĂ©an pour fĂȘter NoĂ«l en famille. Quel bonheur! Cette maison est trĂšs confortable mĂȘme Ă  16! Tout est fait pour que nous nous sentions bien. Une semaine parfaite

Une location parfaite pour des vacances en "tribu". Nous y avons sĂ©journĂ© en famille (3 gĂ©nĂ©rations). La maison, bien situĂ©e au cƓur de ce petit bourg du sud FinistĂšre , est dĂ©corĂ©e et amĂ©nagĂ©e avec goĂ»t. Elle est aussi particuliĂšrement bien Ă©quipĂ©e . Les hĂŽtes, tres rĂ©actifs, sont fort sympathiques et attentifs Ă  ce que le sĂ©jour se dĂ©roule pour le mieux. Merci Ă  eux!

Villa Ocean

This very well appointed and maintained house was the perfect location for our family holiday of twelve people. As described the nearest beach is a very short walk away and there are several others within walking distance. There are shops and bars nearby though, as I suppose September is out of season, several were shut or had restricted opening times. We had a lovely week and would thoroughly recommend this house for a family holiday.
