Lightly studio with terrace ideally located in the historic centre 20 meters from the sea and with views of the beaches of Sitges. Free Wi-Fi. Very calm street in the Town Hall Square, behind the Bacardi House. There is private garage available as an option. We make discounted rates for stays longer than 1 week. It is renovated totally. The studio has large doors emptied flooding the room of solar light of the Mediterranean and giving access to the pleasant terrace, undoubtedly one of the biggest attractions of the studio, with furniture to benefit from the open air and the excellent views on the beaches of Ribera and San Sebastian. It has a fully equipped kitchen because our guests can prepare their favourite dishes. The room has a comfortable double sofa bed and a ceiling fan to enhance the comfort of our visitors. Separate bathroom with shower. Walking streets ideal for romantic walks and discover the most typical places of this beautiful city. It is located to 20 meters from the beach, the symbol of Sitges (its church), the Maritime Boulevard, the tourist information office, the nautical club, the shops area (open Sunday), bars, restaurants and cinemas. Less than 5 minutes to the train station to go to Barcelona or the airport. Mediterranean city very attractive by its micro climatology: 300 days of sunshine in the year.

The unit is great, right in the heart of Sitges, right in the middle of the beaches and shopping, right next to the church. The views from the balcony is amazing, good air-con and fan, and a kitchen with a small fridge and cooking facilities The only two things negative aspects are the stairs, lugging a 25kg up 4 flights almost killed me, and there are a lot of stairs, it is on the 4th floor with no lift. The other negative is the bed, it is a pull out sofa, not the most comfortable, I think the owner should invest in a double bed and put it in, instead. But overall it is a great little place to stay.

Emplacement appartement au top

Nous avons passé un séjour d’une semaine dans l’appartement. Nous étions au dernier étage, escaliers très étroits et raides. Nous avons dû acheter un ventilateur car la chaleur dans l’appartement était insupportable. Pas de climatisation. Salle de bain très mince. La cuisine au top. Nous avons passé la plupart du temps sur le balcon. Vue magnifique sur Sitges et mers. Étendoir et fer à repasser disponibles dans l’appartement. Propriétaire facilement joignable et sympathique. Nous avons eu un problème au niveau du store qui ne se fermait plus et cela a été réparé le lendemain. Appartement en plein centre de Sitges, commerces, bars, restaurants, galerie, mers à proximité. Village très calme.

Les photos montrent la réalité de l'appartement. L' appartement est destiné effectivement que pour 2 personnes En cuisine il y a le strict nécessaire, sans plus. Le quartier est très calme, en revanche la proximité de l'église qui marque l'heure toutes les 15 minutes, peut être gênant... ou pas. L' appartement est au 3è avec un dernier étage et des escaliers un peu rude. La plage est très proche, tout comme la plage naturiste. Les propriétaires sont accueillants, souriants, agréables, et très disponibles. Dernier conseil : n'hésitez pas à prendre, en supplément, la place de garage. Se garer en ville est un peu compliqué.
