Excellent Apartment in the Heart of Nice

Apartment was well located close to the Promenade, Casino, beaches and shops/restaurants of Nice. I would definitely stay here again and would recommend this apartment to other travellers.

Cozy and clean

We had a 3 month stay, Feb-April. We cook majority of our meals and the kitchen was well equipped. The bed could be upgraded.

Great location with all the necessary amenities. A couple times there was excessive street noise outside. The mattress was a bit on the firm side. The U Express grocery store is a short walk. The beach is a short walk. The Tram is a short walk. The airport and harbour are both only a few Tram stops away.

Great location

The location and apartment layout, great bathroom, roominess. Overall, a comfortable place to stay. Kitchen supplies are a joke, very limited, mostly what you would give to a child leaving home for the first time. Bed is hard, pillows are thin and flat. During the first week, I asked you to level the washer. Although it was improved, the washer is not level.

Très bien situé

Très bien situé en retrait de la rue principale. avec les services appropriés, même si le bâtiment est un peut vieillot. Cependant la télévision devrait être remplacé par un modèle de plus grand format. Il faudrait préciser que l'appartement est au troisième étage de l'immeuble (36 marches ) et comme il n'y a pas d'ascenseur cela peut être un gros inconvénient pour certaines personnes.
