The place is brilliantly located, less than a 10 minute walk to the beach and the main shopping area of Place Massena. For anywhere further than that, the nearest tram stop is around a 5 minute walk away, which is great for getting to and from the airport. The main train station is around 10 minutes walk too, which is great for day trips to Monaco, or further afield. A very well stocked supermarket was right across the street.The apartment itself is fantastic, with a wonderful balcony for taking breakfast. The building is a charming art deco structure, complete with wooden elevator. The neighbours all seemed friendly. Everything you need is in the apartment, from beds for the beach (Nice has a pebble beach), to stain remover for when you’ve dropped ice cream on your best holiday shirt. The air conditioning on the apartment is exceptional. We stayed during an historic heatwave and we were so comfortable.Malin was a great host, there to greet us and see us off, also making us aware of any issues that may affect our stay. Very easy to communicate with.We are regular visitors to Nice and now, we only want to stay in this apartment!Thankyou Malin!

This apartment is small, but had all we needed for a terrific family holiday.
Two adults and two young children, happy to share a sofa bed, can be perfectly accommodated. Smaller groups would be very happy as long as no individual was too large. The washing machine makes access to the toilet and shower a bit tight.
The double bed was comfy.The AC both in the living areas and bedroom kept us cool.
The coffee machine, hob and microwave made home cooking easy enough, although surfaces are small. The convenience of a large fridge freezer and dishwasher added convenience.
There’s not much of an outside view, but we were perfectly happy with the privacy.
The building access is nicely hidden away from the main street. The location is perfect for town, supermarket, restaurants and the beach. We walked everywhere.

Beautiful apartment in the heart of Nice, within walking distance of everything. The apartment itself is beautifully designed in classic French style, with large opening windows overlooking the delightful neighbourhood below. Large, comfortable bed in a spacious bedroom with plenty of wardrobe space. A modern bathroom with a large shower. The area was bustling, and the building's neighbours were wonderful and accommodating.
The landlord was kind and courteous, and he was always available and prepared to help. He provided excellent advice on things to see and do in the city, and he was eager that my stay was comfortable. I had a fantastic time and would strongly recommend both the flat and the landlord to others.

This apartment is in an excellent position if you are travelling by train or simply exploring the centre of Nice . It has excellent facilities and the owner is most hospitable. Very good value relative to many of the hotels in Nice and certainly more personal.
