In our stylish 3-room apartment 'Les Belles Terres' you can spend your dream vacation on the Côte d'Azur with your family or friends and with up to 4 people.

Our apartment is located in one of the most prestigious areas of Nice, in the middle of a luxurious residence that is only accessible to residents. The residence has a large swimming pool with baby pool, a pool house restaurant which also delivers food to the apartment, tennis court, fitness center, parking lot, hairdresser, pharmacy etc.
The apartment is tastefully furnished and offers every comfort, a 27 m² terrace (accessible from all rooms) and a breathtaking sea view.
Of course there is a private garage available.

The apartment has 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with 2 single beds. In addition, a large living room with dining area, a fully equipped kitchen and 2 bathrooms, one with bath and shower, the second with shower.
WiFi is accessible without cost.

From May to September, the pool is guarded by a lifeguard, offering you additional security for your children.

Husband and I stayed almost 2 weeks. Host communication was very good, but the apartment was much more dated than anticipated. The host is updating, so I would check to see where they are in the process before renting again. The view is exceptional.The apartment is close to the main city, and a bus route, but public transport we found to be inexpedient.

Très gentil accueil. L'appartement avec air conditionné est spacieux, très propre et fonctionnel avec une superbe vue sur la Cote d'Azur. La résidence est sécurisée donc parfaite pour les familles. La piscine est gardée. Elle est grande et on y trouve un restaurant. Parfaite situation, pas loin de l'aéroport, du centre ville et de la plage. Il y a aussi une épicerie, pharmacie, boulangerie et restaurant à 10 minutes à pied. Je recommande vivement.

Vacances étincelantes

Un super séjour en famille qui nous laissera de très beaux souvenirs ! La région est tout simplement magnifique par ses couleurs, ses senteurs, sa gastronomie... L'appartement est propre, bien équipé et idéalement très bien situé ! Vue somptueuse sur Nice et la mer bleu azur. Le cadre de vie est parfait : résidence bien entretenue, verdoyante et piscine spacieuse et agréable ! Nous tenons à remercier M. MORCOS de nous avoir permis de séjourner dans son appartement et d'être toujours à l'écoute de ses locataires. Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir ! Aurélie, José, Enzo et Angela SANCHEZ

Der Balkon … bringt den Überblick über Nizza

Eine Wohnung mit Meerblick an einer der höchsten Stellen von Nizza ist einzigartig. Der Balkon hat fast dreißig qm und Plexiglasplatten, die Fenster aller Räume sind zum Balkon ausgerichtet und bodentief. So kann man vom Bett aus den Sonnenaufgang ansehen und hat die Aussicht auf den ca. 3 km entfernten Boulevard d'Anglais. Mit den beiden Schlafzimmern und dem Wohnzimmer hat man drei Räume für 4 Personen, großzügige Platzverhältnisse für Frankreich. Was ich als angenehm empfand, waren die beiden voll ausgestatteten Badezimmer und die Küche, die sehr gut ausgestattet ist (sogar mit deutscher Kaffeemaschine - bei uns waren auch Kaffeefilter und Kaffee von den Vorgängern da - sonst gleich von zuhause mitbringen). Der Zustand der Wohnung ist gepflegt und sauber, so dass wir uns gleich wohlgefühlt haben. Pool und Restaurant haben wir nicht genutzt, wir waren mehr auswärts unterwegs. Sehr zu empfehlen ist das nahegelegene kleine Restaurant/ Frühstückscafe mit angeschlossenem Bäcker und Konditor, kleinem Supermarkt (dort gibt es auch selbstgekochte Speisen zum Mitnehmen) Tabakladen und Apotheke. Wir waren gerne zu jeder Tageszeit da: morgens holt man sich vom Bäcker etwas zu essen (-> fantastische Auswahl) und isst dieses beim Café au lait im Restaurant, mittags und abends gibt es eine große Auswahl von Gerichten, die sehr lecker sind. Da das pichet (1/2 -Liter-Karaffe) vom Rose-Hauswein nicht teuer ist, sind wir auch immer schön brav in max. 10 Minuten von der Wohnung hin- und zurückgegangen. Wir können diese Wohnung sehr empfehlen, inclusive WLAN und Telefonaten nach Deutschland und einer Garagenbox, die ab Golf aufwärts knapp wird. Ein Auto wird für diese Wohnung allerdings benötigt.

Wohnen, fast wie zuhause

Die Wohnung ist angenehm groß, sehr sauber und gepflegt, hat einen schönen großen Balkon mit hervorragender Sicht auf Nizza, das Meer und die Berge. Sie ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man im Urlaub benötigt, wenn man sich mal selbst verköstigen möchte. Die Abwicklung verlief problemlos. Die Betreuung durch den Vermieter ist sehr gut. Die Residenz ist großzügig angelegt und sehr gepflegt. Schade ist nur, dass die Nutzung des Tennisplatzes und des Fitnessbereiches nicht kostenlos sind. Etwas unangenehm ist die sehr enge Gagage, die zur Wohnung gehört.

Wunderbarer Urlaub...

Tolle Wohnung, großartiger Ausblick auf Nizza, ruhige Lage mit großem, schön angelegten Garten. Idealer Ausgangsort für Badeausflüge, Städte-, Shopping- und Wandertouren mit vielen Museumsangeboten (Chagall, Matizze, Renoir und Picasso..).

Über den Dächern von Nizza

Wir waren als Familie mit zwei Teenagern für zehn Tage in der Wohnung eingemietet. Die Anlage ist bewacht, sehr gepflegt, und liegt in einer ruhigen Gegend. Allerdings zu weit von der Promenade oder der Innenstadt entfernt, um zu Fuß dort hin zu gelangen. Die Anlage ist keine eigentliche Ferienanlage, und so haben wir auch keine weiteren Deutschen dort getroffen, sondern fast ausschließlich Franzosen. Für uns war das eher angenehm. Bestandteil der Anlage ist eine kleine Pool-Landschaft in einem Park, die ein kleines Restaurant beinhaltet. Alles sehr nett und ansprechend gestaltet. Das Auto konnte in einer - etwas engen - abschließbaren Garage abgestellt werden. Die Wohnung selbst liegt im zweiten Stock im Block C der Anlage. Sie ist sehr freundlich und hell, mit großen Fensterfronten in allen Zimmern. Über die gesamte Länge der Wohnung zieht sich ein großzügiger Balkon, von dem aus sich einem ein traumhafter Blick auf Nizza erschließt. Den Sonnenaufgang über Nizza genießen, in der Morgensonne frühstücken, nach der Rückkehr vom Strand einen Kaffee genießen oder dann nach dem Abendessen das Lichterspiel in Nizza beobachten - das Leben spielt sich auf dem Balkon ab. Selbst vom Bett aus kann man dank der Plexiglasscheiben an der Balkonbrüstung den Blick auf das beleuchtete Nizza genießen - einfach super. Zur Wohnung selbst: die Küche ist vollständig ausgestattet mit allem, was man braucht. Wir haben oft gekocht. Auch die Waschmaschine haben wir geschätzt, kann man doch zwischendurch mal die Badetücher waschen. Die Betten waren ok, die Badezimmer schön. Alle Geräte und Installationen haben funktioniert, was ja ansonsten leider auch nicht immer selbstverständlich ist. Dank WLAN waren unsere Töchter jederzeit mit ihren Freunden vernetzt, was deren Zufriedenheit sehr positiv beeinflusst hat ;-). Das Fernsehen verfügt zwar über deutlich mehr als 100 Programme, aber leider nur über eines in deutscher Sprache. Das war aber kein wirkliches Problem für uns. Die Betreuung durch Frau Benisch hat gut funktioniert. Leider hatte sie uns aber nur einen Schlüssel für die Wohnung da gelassen, was die Koordination zwischen Eltern und Kindern etwas erschwert hat. Alles in allem können wir die Wohnung nur wärmstens empfehlen!

traumhafte Anlage für Familie mit Kindern

Wir (eine vierköpfige Familie) haben 2 Wochen in les belles terres verbracht und waren einfach nur begeistert. Die Wohnung ist geräumig und licht durchflutet durch die großen Fensterfronten. Eine herrliche Terrasse mit schönem Ausblick und genug Platz um dort zu essen. Alles, was wir für den täglichen Gebrauch benötigten war vorhanden. Besonders hervorzuheben ist der große Pool, umrandet von Grün und mit einem Restaurant inmitten des Pools, in dem man nicht nur gut, sondern auch günstig essen kann. Von der ersten Minute an haben wir uns "im Urlaub" gefühlt. Die komplette Anlage (Wohnhaus, Wohnung, Park, Tennisplatz, Pool) ist sehr gepflegt und sauber und obwohl es dort viele Appartements gibt war es erstaunlich ruhig. Die Bewohner und auch das Personal (Bademeister, Rezeption, Security-Gard, Restaurantbesitzer) sind sehr freundlich. Der Empfang durch die Betreuerin Frau Benisch war sehr herzlich und wir haben viele Tipps für unseren Urlaub bekommen. Alles in allem haben wir zwei wunderschöne Wochen hier verbracht und empfehlen diese Wohnung gerne weiter. Wir werden definitiv gerne wiederkommen.
