Very lovely equipped and renovated studio with its balcony! Ideal for a couple with or without a baby.



A sure favorite!



In its modern style it is composed as follows:



- Bathroom at the entrance with WC, shower, vanity unit and heated towel rack.

- Bench and coat hooks in the entrance with space to store shoes and skis.

- Open and equipped kitchen that opens onto a dining table adjoining a glass partition

- Living room with convertible sofa bed, Smart TV and large fitted closet with wardrobe, all opening onto a pleasant balcony facing east with a view of the Fornet sector and the Avoriaz cliff.



You will have access to 100% of the apartment and its balcony.



We are available if needed and are present in Avoriaz during your stay.



Located in the Snow residence, the apartment is close to all amenities: the Sherpa supermarket and many shops are at the foot of the residence!

Ski departure and return is done directly from the ground floor of the Snow residence.

During the 24/25 season the apartment had an average traveler rating of 9.3/10 on rental platforms.



Avoriaz is a 100% pedestrian resort. You can get around on foot, by ski or by using the internal carriage system in Avoriaz.
