Studio Suite Ideally Located in Whistler Creekside 400 Yards to the Ski Lift
Fully Updated and modern studio ideally located just across the street from the Creekside ski lifts. Just under 450 square feet and designed for two people.
Early check in (12:00) and late check out (4:00 PM) lets you maximize your time on the hill!
The bathroom has a luxurious and deep tub perfect for soaking. Two high end shower heads (one with a flex hose and the other is a rain shower). With a light over the tub you can easily read and soak!
The main room has a full kitchen (full set of plates/pots/cutlery all matching and in great condition) with most items you need to create any meal. There is a stand up work desk that converts to a guest bed (thick memory foam and very comfortable) with a very high quality light blocking curtain to create a great sleeping area.
We live here six months of the year and have designed the place with a couple in mind. A highly liveable space! TV, high speed internet, great sound system, fireplace and very clean. New towels and linens throughout. There is an owner lock off unit attached (separate entrance) and used occasionally. Pets/smoking are not permitted. Maximum two guests.
Our 44 unit complex has recently had a significant interior refurbishing with a look to reflect the early days of Whistler. It is a three story building (originally built as a hotel) with a large lobby and common halls and stairways.
There is an indoor hot tub (no jets) easily accessible through the hallways. For winter 2024/25 a large new exterior hot tub will be in place. The interior one will be shut down. Nearby is an excellent grocery store, liquor store, gas station/convenience store, multiple restaurants and bars. Exiting 25m from our building is the paved/cleared trail to the 10 passenger gondola approximately 400m away. about a 5 minute walk.
5% VAT and 8% Provincial Hotel tax is collected by the owner and remitted to the appropriate Government agency.

Property was as described with generous touches of above and beyond: groceries to get by until the following day were provided and a bottle of wine-very thoughtful! Firewood and robes-again, above and beyond! Manager was accessible and responsive. Thank you Ken!

I have been a skier at Whistler since it opened and have owned property in Whistler since 2003. I am retired and we ski here for six months a year and for the other six will be at our lake property. In winter we tend to go away on weekends and rent our place to guests.
Why they chose this property
Creekside is a quieter area than the Whistler Village though it is easily accessed with the excellent transit service located across the street. Whistler Creek Lodge is very central to Creekside .
Creekbread Pizza (Uniquely different wood fired Pizza) is attached to our property.
What makes this property unique
While not a ski in/ski out property (a 400 m walk to the lifts) for the Resort of Whistler, this is a very well situated property compared to most offerings. For most winter guests, there is no need for a car as the local bus service is both excellent and very frequent (about every 10 minutes to the Village). If you are flying into Vancouver, consider one of the airport busses (Skylynx, Epic, Whistler Shuttle and Snowbus) rather than a rental car that may just sit the whole time. Pick one that stops at Creekside!
