Dope Artist Loft near Hollywood

This almost 1000 square ft work/live loft is one of my many homes. I've slept here no more than a dozen times and it remains decorated and full of most the things an artist-type would need to feel completely at home.

The space
I converted this previous flower shop into my artist habitat in 2016 as a place for me and my friends/family to make art and spread love. It features a private room that I use as my sowing room & recording studio. An open kitchen and a great room with 8'x10' bed. This is a true artist community with loads of talent roaming through these units daily. Designers, producers, culinary artists, singers, dancers and all sorts of creative souls. We are selective about our guests to ensure that the positive vibes are maintained always. I am the owner operator and I myself live and work in the complex.
