About this property

This is the perfect location on a private beach with panoramic views of Lake Tahoe, just steps away from the water. The recent complete renovation with new furniture and linens makes this home a very comfortable, enjoyable vacation place. Three flat screen HDTVs, free WiFi, and a modern kitchen with stainless steel appliances and granite countertops are just some of its features. The property has 2 tennis courts, a lakeside pool and its own pier. The outlet dam for Lake Tahoe, rafting down the Truckee River, and Commons Beach with a children's playground are all less than a block away. Please no pets!

The Tahoe City 9 hole golf course is across the street.

Ski Resorts
The location is perfect for those skiers who would prefer to ski multiple resorts. Squaw Valley, Alpine Meadows and Homewood are all about 5 miles away and it is only 12 miles to Northstar. This location never gets snowed in as it is 1/4 block from the main street and one block from Hwy 89. Our parking is plowed as needed and those main roads are constantly plowed, so when it snows you don't have to wait for the roads to be cleared. The regional bus stops in front of the office and goes to the ski resorts.

There is a Aerial adventure Park and Zip lines about 1 mile away.

Fantastic Tahoe City Condo

Couldn’t ask for a better location. Loved waking up to an unobstructed view of the lake. So stunning, peaceful, and quiet. I much prefer this side of the lake to south lake. It is a much more chill vibe but still has all the convinces -shops, etc., within walking distance. Can’t wait to return. And communication was fantastic. Thank you for sharing your beautiful condo.

Great Stay

Really enjoyed our stay. The townhome was very clean, the view is spectacular, and the layout is comfortable for a small group of adults. We arrived after the office closed and it would have been nice to have a more accurate description of where to pick up the keys, but we eventually found them. You will not receive a confirm directly from the Lodge as mentioned in the posting, so you’ll need to reach out to them directly.

When we decided to buy a place at Tahoe this was the place, walk to everything in town. Beach front yet so private.

What makes this property unique

We love to play tennis, sit on the deck and look out at the lake, the pool is great . Of course sunning on the beach. We enjoy the location for skiing being close to 3 resorts
