2 family Fall Break Getaway. Plenty of Room for everyone to have their privacy. Tons of amenities both in the house and at the Pool area.

Kim, a two-family trip works when everyone has room to breathe, and it sounds like the space and pool area delivered exactly that. Fall is a great time for it, with the crowds thinned out and the weather still inviting. Hope to have both families back again.

The house was beautiful! It was very clean. Loved all the games. We loved the resort. The lazy river was the kids favorite part. It would have been nice to have pool towels so I do recommend bringing towels for your stay. Overall it was a great place to stay and we would rent here again! There were a few minor things that made this a 4 star review. For a house that accommodates so many the kitchen and dining space were tight and there was only a 2 slice toaster which made making breakfast for a large group take more time. Also trash pickup did not come while we were there and only comes between stays so for a group of 14 the trash did not fit well in the outdoor bear proof bins by the end of the trip. But again the space was lovely and we would rent here again.

We absolutely loved everything about our stay! The location was extremely convenient and the cabin itself was more than we could’ve asked for! The grandchildren absolutely loved it!Joe was wonderful as well. Great communication and very thoughtful!I would definitely recommend this property and hope to visit again in the near future.

Perfect location and house

Amazing house with awesome amenities. Construction in neighborhood was not an issue for us but might be for a little time with young kids. House was clean clean clean and all appliances and items were top notch. Best stay in area thus far out of 10 or more.

Nice place and responsive host

The house itself is great. Nice furnishings and the beds were comfortable. A couple misses are the house was shown in multiple places to have 5 kings beds when in fact the downstairs room is not a king (it’s a full). The game room had a great table top pac man/galaga game but to use it you need to kneel on the floor as there are no chairs or seating available upstairs to use it. Location was great! And once construction is complete in the community this will be an awesome rental. Overall super happy and would definitely come back again! Thank you!!

Christmas Getaway

Overall it was a great stay. Despite having construction going on, even on the weekends, right outside the door it was fairly quiet in the house. Beds were comfortable. Kitchen is stocked with lots of plates, cups and silverware. Indoor pool, outside hot tub and fire pit were great for hanging out and we truly enjoyed movie nights in the theatre room snuggled with popcorn and blankets. They are actively building another row of homes right behind this home, so the view is none existent but the inside makes up for it! Great communication with owner who was quick to acknowledge any needs or concerns.

Summer Vacation

The kids love every thing in the house. I would come back. The construction was a downer. One other suggestion I had my mother-in-law with me. In 4 out of 6 restrooms there was no shelf’s in the show my mother-in-law is 85 years old and the thought of her bending down to het her soap did scare me.

Overall great house to accommodate a large group. The listing was as advertised and clean. Communication with the owner or property manager was always very timely and thorough. If I was going to be very critical the only con I would give would be that the internet connection in the house was very spotty and slow. With all of the devices and the door keypads and different amenities that are a selling point that are highlighted of this property then it needs to be better, there were a couple occasions when the front door keypad wasn’t even really functional due to connectivity issues. This is a super easy fix and did not really detract from the house as a lot of our time was spent at the community amenities or out and about doing activities. I would rent this place again if I were coming back to the area and the communication, cleanliness and location were hands down 5/5.
