This property is not upscale as advertised. A ranch with a few nice furnishings but mostly in need of TLC.- [ ] Front screen door not attached and swings freely- [ ] Both Toilet seats almost completely off- [ ] Towels still wet and folded on shelf- [ ] Nothing to set suitcases on- [ ] No wine glasses and no wine opener- [ ] Keurig doesn’t work- [ ] The patio door does not lock - [ ] Screen door around pool swings freely

Since your visit, we have completed a full inspection of the property and addressed each of the items mentioned. Maintenance repairs have been completed, including the patio door lock and screen doors, and all bathroom fixtures have been secured. Great property for large group

Property was large enough for or 12 member paintball team. Plenty of beds and meeting areas. Great location for our event. Neighbors were friendly. Onsite laundry was great. Only thing that could have been better was poolmbeing heated.

Beautiful home, amazing host, honest cleaners and great location!

I was in town for my daughter’s wedding and this home was in the perfect location and a quiet neighborhood. Noah was very responsive and quickly addressed any concerns we had during our stay. He gifted us a fruit and veggie tray due to a slight delay with check-in. The home was very clean and accommodated my family of 11 comfortably. My niece left her Apple Watch and the cleaners were honest people and kept it safe until we could arrange to retrieve it. I will highly recommend this home and host.

Overall, I’m dissatisfied and disappointed with our stay from May 1–6, 2025. When we arrived, a car was parked in the driveway. We called the host and found out someone lives in the guest house—something not disclosed in the listing.We booked this home largely because it advertised a private pool, which was important for our family of five children. Unfortunately, the pool was dirty and green with visible algae. I contacted the host, Noah, who said the pool service had recently come, but it clearly wasn’t clean. I offered to send photos; he declined. A technician came but left quickly, and the pool remained unusable throughout our stay.The patio screens were torn, so we couldn’t enjoy the outdoor space at night due to bugs. We also had to leave the property several times for a family funeral and were hoping to return to a clean and relaxing environment—unfortunately, that didn’t happen.The house inside was okay but not “upscale” as advertised. Pillows were flat, and the top bunk beds were unstable and unsafe for kids. The neighborhood was quiet, which was one of the few positives.I reached out to Noah before and after checkout requesting a partial refund. He said he’d work on a solution but it has been almost week with no solution.
