Great Location but not as pictured

The location of this property is great; extremely short walk to the beach. The unit itself has great space but not as clean as I would have expected. Upon checking in, we were greeted by roaches in the kitchen (1 dead on the counter behind a welcome basket of snacks and 1 crawling on the wall). Luckily we didn't see any more of these critters but made sure to unpack our bags outside when we got home to make sure we didn't bring any back home with us. The main living space and kitchen have wood flooring which was great but the bedrooms have carpet that looked grimy and felt like it needed to be washed. All in all, the unit has great potential and amazing location but needs more attention to cleaning.
