The space
Embrace paradise in our fully renovated, modern condo that comfortably sleeps up to 8 guests with its 2 bedrooms and 1 bath. The living room features a futon sofa and an ottoman with a pull-out single bed, providing additional sleeping options. In total, the condo offers 6 beds, ensuring a restful night's sleep for everyone. The spacious open-concept layout encourages interaction among guests from the kitchen to the living area and lanai.

Explore all that Waikiki has to offer within a short walk, with the heart of Waikiki and its beaches just a 10-minute stroll away. If you prefer a more relaxed day, unwind on the lanai with a captivating view of the Ala Wai canal or enjoy the pool and BBQ area next to the lobby on the Upper Level entrance.

Convenience is at your fingertips with Cream Pot and Waffle n' Berry located next door, great for breakfast and/or coffee. Discover unique Hawaiian offerings at the 7-11 adjacent to the property. And for a delectable dining experience, look no further than the food truck court right across the street from 7-11. There, you'll find an array of delicious cuisines, including Hawaiian BBQ, Thai, Mexican, and Vietnamese food, satisfying all of your taste buds. After a day of exploration, unwind at the Waikiki Brewing Co., where you can enjoy local brews and live music, making your evening truly memorable.

Parking is very hard to find in Waikiki. The parking garage is located right across the street. I pay for the parking space and provide it to my guests at no charge because I know parking is important to our guests.
Guest access
Enjoy complete access to the unit and the inviting lanai. Indulge in relaxation at the pool and BBQ area located next to the lobby on the Upper Level. For your convenience, laundry machines are located next to the elevators on each floor, with a larger laundry room also available by the Lower Level elevator entrance. Your comfort and ease are our top priorities.
Other things to note
Welcome to the vibrant tourist destination of Waikiki! As with any major city, you may experience some minor traffic and city noise. Our jalousie windows, while offering a unique design, may not provide a complete soundproof seal, allowing some city noises to filter through. Luckily, the ambient noise from the AC units help filter most of the city noises out.

For your convenience, please note that the accessibility ramp is located at the back entrance of the building on Ala Wai Blvd, not the front entrance (with stairs) on McCully St. Simply walk towards Ala Wai Blvd from the front entrance and turn right. Proceed to the back of the building, where you'll find a key fob reader next to the double doors.

To enhance your beach experience, we've provided amenities like beach chairs, mats, towels, cooler bags, cooler, books, and beach toys. While we offer these items as a courtesy, we kindly request that guests use them responsibly and assume all responsibility for their usage, agreeing not to hold the host liable for any injuries.
