400 meters from the beach and the beginning of the Barra-Ondina Carnival circuit, 10 minutes from the zoo and close to several shops. The apartment has a living room with a double sofa bed, a suite with a queen-size bed, smart TV, WI-FI, split air conditioning, and a full kitchen. Penthouse with pool and gym. It has a rotating garage and 24h.
NOTE:
- Documents are requested from all guests who appear on the reservation.
Perfect location, it is in the House Ondina building and you can walk to the beach, zoo, restaurants, bars, grocery stores, bakery, shopping center and pharmacy.

OTHER SERVICES:
- Guests can use the building's swimming pool and gym.
- The barbecue area is not available to guests, subject to a fine.

- Glass, crockery and sound equipment are not permitted in the pool area (closed on Mondays for maintenance, and the day may be changed at the discretion of the building management).
- We do not provide oil, salt, sugar, coffee and seasonings, as these are food items for personal use.
- All guests must send their identification document at least 2 business days before check-in. The administrative departments are normally open on weekdays, from Monday to Friday until 5 pm. We therefore ask for advance notice to avoid inconveniences for guests, difficulties or impediments to check-in.
- Changing the number of guests is subject to an additional charge.
- We provide guests with a daily energy allowance of 10 kWh. If you use electrical appliances responsibly, this consumption will not be reached, but if you exceed it, we will charge you for the excess after check-out. Rate of R$1.20 per kWh.
