Welcome to Birdies and Breezes Carriage House, a Gulf view escape one lot back from the gulf located south of 30a in a quiet, gated neighborhood. Enjoy being steps away from the private beach access and private beach.

The carriage house is a fully equipped private retreat in its own right. The main level features a fully equipped kitchen, extra large pantry, laundry and a comfortable living room with beautiful views to the gulf. The main level also has a relaxing queen bedroom, a full bathroom and a pull out queen sofa. A second full bathroom and bar area in the loft provides convenience for larger groups and has an additional pull out queen sofa. Step onto its porch and you are rewarded with sweeping views of the Gulf. Whether it is morning coffee with the horizon stretching out before you or an evening watching the sunset over the water, the carriage house porch is a destination in itself.
