Sunset Villas Unit 101B

Perfect location overlooking the pool and the beautiful turquoise waters of the Gulf of Mexico. Sunset Condos are located between Rosemary Beach and Alys Beach within a gated community with your own private beach. Great restaurants, bars and coffee shops are all within walking distance. Cycling, jogging and walking on the fantastic 30A is at your doorstep.

This spacious condo is furnished with bedding, linen, beach and bath towels. We also include 4 backpack style beach chairs and an umbrella. After a day at the beach relax on the spacious patio overlooking the pool and ocean with stunning sunsets.

This first floor condo is conveniently set on one level, so no steps to get to the pool (pool heated November - April).

*** Master Bedroom is very spacious and has a walk in closet and full bathroom with tub and walk in shower, with 2 separate vanities.

*** Queen bedroom with full en-suite bathroom with tub/shower combo.

***Queen bedroom with tub/shower combo off the hall.

We provide you with a startup supply of paper and cleaning products.
All showers are equipped with soap/shampoo/conditioner.
All vanities and kitchen have antibacterial hand soap dispensers.

I had a wonderful stay at this condo. The beach was just a short walk from our door, and beach chairs and an umbrella were provided, making our trip easy and fun! I would happily recommend this condo to anyone, and I will be staying here again!

The condo was great! It’s steps from the beach and pool. The check in was very easy. It served our family of 5 well. We were at the beach on a busy week and the beach is shared with the neighborhood across the street. The water is clear and shallow for a while which is nice with younger kids. The beach is crowded but you don’t come to 30a for a quiet beach during peak times. The condo is equipped with the basics which is what I expect & appreciate from a Vrbo home. I always plan to bring my comforts from home (big beach towels, condiments, preferred coffee, aluminum foil, baggies, hand soap etc)or buy things when I’m down there. It has a laundry room which is great for all of the laundry the beach produces and the machines worked well! There are chairs and umbrella so if you can’t fit everything in your car, it’s very helpful. There are also rental chairs available. The condo is on the first floor which was so convenient for loading and unloading everything. Thanks again for sharing your home!

A little frustrating check in process with the guard shack. Pulled up and no one came out. Had no idea we were coming-did not have our name or anything. Past that is was fine. Unit could use some updating. Only 2 towels in the master. Beds not the most comfortable. One really needs to be replaced in the extra bedroom. Location is very convenient but the only area of beach is really crowded and small. The beach service monopolized most of it. Unit is right by the pool so there is no ocean view. We liked the convenience a lot. The guard shack guy takes his job very serious-told some kids they couldn’t ride their bikes in the area-I was confused if bikes are allowed at all and was glad we hadn’t rented them.

I am sorry to hear that you had a problem checking in, especially as I wasn't made aware of any issue and this has never happened to any other guest? A detailed check in email with instructions was sent to you 3 weeks prior and another 3 days prior to arrival. As we are located south of 30A our beach access and your 2 dedicated parking spaces are in high demand and controlled by the HOA who enforce the rules to make sure only registered guests are allowed in. Renters are allowed to ride bikes in through security and as stated in your check in instructions, your wristbands must be worn to get access. The website and photos clearly state that we have ocean views across the pool, but not beach/sand views.

Was at this property last August and loved it.There was some confusion about check in but that was rectified fairly quickly however there were some issues that the owner should be made aware of:Only 1 key fob for 6 clientsMaster bathroom and tub in middle bath sink leaks1 roll tp in each bathOnly one bath towel per personBroken chairs on patio (armrests)Ice maker doesn’t put out iceDryer takes about an hour to dry towels-may need cleaned.Just things that would help in customer satisfaction.

The pictures don’t show just how spacious this rental is! You can walk or bike to all the restaurants and shops. It was great to sit on the patio and listen to the waves every morning. We will definitely be back!

We had a great trip to Rosemary Beach and our accommodations at "South of 30A Condo" exceeded our expectations. Our condo was spacious, clean and comfortable. The location was great; close to shops and several good restaurants.Our host was very responsive both before and during our trip, even letting us know that we could access the unit earlier than the posted check in time.We would certainly book this property again!
