Enjoy the best Rosemary Beach has to offer from this creatively designed little jewel, said by some of the locals to be the best-designed carriage house in Rosemary Beach. Located near the exotic Moroccan-style Coquina Pool on the Gulf side of Highway 30-A in Rosemary Beach. Just seven hundred feet to the beach - down the boardwalk to the Eastern Green, where you will find a deck with the Florida Panhandle’s best views of the Emerald Coast and its spectacular sunsets. Inside, there is a full staircase, much safer and easier to negotiate than ladders or spiral stairs (relatively rare in Rosemary Beach).

This property ended up being better than expected. It was very cute, homey, and warm. The bed and pull out sofa was great, very close to the pool and beach. The host was a very fast communicator as well, which is always a plus!!! I would absolutely recommend coming here. I had a great time :-) One of my favorite things was to make breakfast and coffee in the morning and sit outside on the balcony.

Amazing location and beautiful spot

It is a cute little spot with excellent amenities, the pool is less than 30 feet away, and beach access and restaurants are 5-minute walk. Overall great experience

Perfect rental in Rosemary

My daughter and I got away for a quick 4 day trip to Rosemary. The Belize Carriage House was perfect for us. The location was great as it was an easy walk or bike ride to restaurants and shops. The house was cozy and comfortable and had everything we needed. Would definitely stay there again.

Rosemary beach getaway

This was a great place to stay for the 3 of us. It is super close to the beach and the bike trails make it so easy. We got to meet the property owner and he couldn’t have been more gracious, even offering to go to the grocery store for us. We throughly enjoyed our time!
