On the ground floor, you'll find two double bedrooms sharing a bathroom, along with a summer kitchen that offers easy access to the garden and pool. The property is fully gated, ensuring peace of mind with added security. The parking could park up 2 to 4 cars .Adjacent to the pool, there's a ping pong table and TVs in the lounges, offering English free-to-air TV.
The main kitchen is located at second floor with main lounge and TV (Spanish and English TV programs).
This grand villa boasts three lounges, two kitchens, four bathrooms (three en-suite and one shared), a utility room with a toilet, and five spacious bedrooms spread across three floors. House is spacious and lots of room for 2 families including lots of bathrooms. Pool size was good. Parking and security was good. Outdoor cooking area was good. House is in need of some care and deep cleaning to feel fresh. Towels and bedding need upgrading as they don’t feel clean. Strong smells from the master bathroom drains are unpleasant. Pool wasn’t ready when we arrived, host was defensive when any query raised and not open to compensating for lack of pool access on 2 days. Host left it to last minute to give details of property access, I had to contact VRBO to get response. VRBO also unhelpful when query raised about the pool.

Perfect location and excellent Villa

Would definitely recommend this huge and spacious villa to anyone who is visiting the area. It is located centrally for Villamartin La Fuente the golf and shops all nearby. Joyce was very accommodating to our groups requirements like allowing us to check in earlier due to golf tee times and showed us all how to fully utilise all the facilities the Villa provides. Excellent pool and grounds and loads of room in the villa for our group of 9. Highly recommended thank you Joyce

Lovely

Lovely villa. Plenty of space - we were a group of 7 adults and we didn’t feel cramped although the outside seating areas could probably benefit from an update. Easy 15 minute stroll to the local bars and shops. We did hire a car to explore the wider area. Owner Joyce was always on hand both before and during our stay - and would always respond to our messages within 5 minutes. On the whole we had an great holiday and would recommend this villa

Home from Home

Property was really spacious... there were 8 of us (6 adults and 2 teens) so there was space and if you need time away from each other this could be achieved. There was everything you needed... towels for showers znd beach towels so no need to bring from home. Plenty to do within in walking distance...eating out, supermarket. We hired a car locally which was really reasonable priced, this provided trips to the beach. Younger members of group just used scooters, which are really good value. Definitely would recommend this villa and will be using again in the near future.

Really love house and host

We were a large group including babies as young as 9 months and grandparents over the age of 70 so finding a house that fit all our needs was not easy. This house was really great in many ways. The lay out suited us perfectly as we all got our own floor so had the privacy needed and then really spacious communal areas when we wanted to be together. The pool was fantastic and the proximity to supermarkets and little restaurants was ideal. I think as the house is located on a hill, having a car is necessary to enjoy all the local ameneties and having large parking spaces in the property is great for safety. Only downsides were the A/C being on timers (understandably because of the cost of electricity) and some of the furnishings were a bit old like the sofa's and the TV's but this wasnt an issue as we basically spent all day and night in the pool. Joyce was very communicative whenever we had questions and always willing to offer advice for local things to do. Overall a really lovely week in Spain and would happily return

Very poor

The property is very dated with loads of junk lying about. Issues with water, some of showers didn’t have water, toilet in main bedroom no water. Broken furniture around the pool area, not enough loungers for everyone. Towels etc very old, faulty electrical sockets . I could go on and on. Spoke with your company who has been very unhelpful, spoke with owner who now apologises and said that she will sort the issues, but no refund.

Perfect for a relaxing family holiday

We were greeted by Joyce, the owner, on arrival and shown around the property. She obviously cares a lot about her property and who wouldn't when it is as appealing as this one! This property was plenty big enough for the 7 of us during our 10 day stay. The swimming pool was perfect for everyone, it is large and very warm and the diving board great fun. We travelled from Alicante to here in about 45mins. The property has electric gates and a large parking area. Approx 2 mins down the road there is a brand new Aldi supermarket which is excellent and some bars and restaurants. Mil Palmeras beach was recommended by the owner and is a short drive away. We are glad that we went here, on the evening it came alive with a small market and a selection of restaurants, the area had a great Spanish feeling about it and we ate here twice. This property is large. Beach towels and bath towels were provided which was a bonus. Staying in this property had a different feel to it than others that we have previously stayed in, this property feels like the owners home. An information pack containing emergency contact information, maps, and any instructions would be a real benefit to future guests that stay here but the owner is easily contactable if needed. In a nutshell we wouldn't hesitate to return here, we had a lovely family holiday here and were disappointed to leave.

Solo tengo comentarios negativos de esta casa. Todos los muebles tienen la tapicería muy manchada y desprenden un olor muy desagradable. El mantenimiento de la casa es nulo, está todo muy sucio y hay elementos rotos, como la mosquitera de la entrada de abajo o los tiradores de las persianas de una de las habitaciones de arriba. No hemos podido usar ni las toallas que han dejado para el baño, estaban super manchadas, muy desagradable. La climatización de la casa es terrible y es una zona de mucho calor y mucha humedad, aparte de que en el anuncio pone que todas las habitaciones tienen aire acondicionado y no es así, las dos habitaciones de abajo no tienen, la solución que me ha dado la propietaria son dos ventiladores muy viejos y muy sucios. Los platos de ducha de los baños están muy sucios y tienen moho, es muy muy desagradable permanecer en la casa, todo está sucio y huele mal. Hemos dejado una noche jueguetes en la piscina y cuando los hemos recogido estaban negros… la limpieza de la piscina es terrible.Hemos tenido también muchos problemas con la reserva, a menos de un mes del check in la propietaria nos cambió las fechas y nos quitó un día de estancia porque decía que su calendario no estaba actualizado y que se solapaban dos inquilinos. Ha sido una experiencia muy mala, no es nada recomendable.

Amazing villa

It was an amazing villa with all the facilities you need inside and outside. A beautiful quiet place with a big pool that was clean and was checked by professionals regularly. The host was very helpful with information and tips, and helped with everything from bus times, things in the house and different attractions worthy a visit. She also followed up with us and how we were and answered every question that needed an answer. Perfect family vacation if you want an idyllic time to relax and spend some quality time together. We recommend to rent a car if you want to see or visit more crowded arena’s more often than a couple of times

Great stay

We had a great stay at the house! There is plenty of room and an amazing pool. The host is very communicative and whenever there was a problem she would resolve it immediately. She also helps you with ideas of nice places to visit and activitties in the area. The kitchen on the ground floor is very handy. However, it's stove couldn't be used which made it a bit practical when you want to eat on the terrace near the pool with your family. You had to go cook on the second floor and take everything downstairs again, which isn't so practical. But overall, it is an amazing house and we had a great stay!

Ha sido una experiencia muy bonita y la casa es espectacular, tal cual se ve en las fotos. Está un poco retirada de la playa, pero merece la pena por la gran piscina y terraza que tiene. Un engaño

Realmente no es lo que nos esperábamos. Nos sentimos engañados, después de pagar el íntegro antes de entrar a la casa. Falta de limpieza en muchas habitaciones,cocina y baños, sucio,con restos de grasa,baños con manchas de pis,pelos y pelusas en las habitaciones, y a posteriori nos cuenta que es una de sus segundas residencias, sujetador detrás de la puerta...un sinfín de cosas sin contar cucarachas por dentro de la casa. Tuvo que llamar la inquilina al servicio de limpieza para q hiciera algo más,fueron los q nos confirmaron que la inquilina les insistió que algo rápido y muchas estancias de la casa sin hacer. Lo mejor la piscina. Hay fotos que corroboran todo. Es una casa espectacular,una pena que la tenga así

Limpieza mejorable y entrega de llaves en mano

La limpieza es mejorable, hay demasiados cacharros que no sirven de nada, que al tratarse de una casa de alquiler debería de tener lo mínimo imprescindible. Los colchones de la camas están todos para cambiar. Y la entrega de llaves debería de realizarse más personalizada, dándolas en mano y mostrando la propiedad y explicando las cosas, no por mensaje como se hizo. Además de necesitar un control de plaga de cucarachas como ya le dijimos al dueño.

Spanish Holiday

The Villa is lovely as is the pool, and has plenty of room. It was spotlessly clean, and welcoming. Unfortunately we booked it during the bad storms and flooding and also had problems at the airport with Easyjet, so not the relaxing holiday we were hoping for. We would definitely book it again.

Orihuela The property was very spacious and there was everything you could possibly want to hand.

The property was in a prime location with good views over the surrounding area. Most of the bedrooms were spacious with plenty of storage. There was a handy kitchen on the first floor great for making drinks and light lunches to enjoy by the pool. The upper balcony was lovely to eat breakfast on . Overall the holiday was splendid.

family hols

Date of stay 1st 2week of July. We were a family of 7 of various ages youngest being 19 and oldest 75. The villa and pool were amazing had everything we could have wished for. The villa itself was set out on different levels and suited our family's needs allowing personal space when needed. couldn't fault the outside space lots of sun or shade the pool was a good size. and pool guy coming a couple of times during our stay. we did have a issue with the filter but contacted Joyce (the owner) and was dealt with straight away. we arrived early was aloud to leave our cases at the villa where we shown around by the cleaner and given the keys then just went out for some lunch all went very smoothly. The area itself as every thing you need shops bars and supermarkets within walking distance. there is a small hill on the way up to the villa ( that being said my 75 year old mother managed it) we found it quite difficult getting taxis around the area itself when we were going further afield to (such as beach) but the bus service was really good and cheap and just taxied it back. I would defiantly recommend this villa has everything a family needs for a fab holiday hopefully will be returning in 2021 as a couple of big birthdays to celebrate .

Fantastic villa and excellent host

Absolute amazing place, great location and facilities. My family had a great short break, helped by some gorgeous weather. Host is very responsive to any questions and offered loads of advise about the local area, restaurants, taxis etc. We will definitely be back again, fantastic place in the sun.

Spacious Quiet Property

Great villa with plenty of space for everyone. There was nothing we needed that wasn’t there. Wouldn’t hesitate to come back. You’ll need a car, but there are also places nearby to walk to, to avoid driving in the evening.

Not upto our normal standard

Whilst the Villa was in a good location, near to shops, restaurants and beaches, the amenaties within the Villa was not upto the standard we have been used to in other villas we have stayed in. There was a lack of hot water and in some cases no hot water at all, we found out later in the week that boiler was on a timer, with restricted usage, I presume for owner's benefit. This was not suitable for a family of 9. We had to be carefull which appliances we used as electrical breaker could trip, which it did and we had to call the owner in to reset. We had to request a hair dryer, which should have been provided. The micro wave did not work properly. No information provided re local doctors, hospital etc, nor any instructions for equipment in the villa,ie air conditioning etc. The villa was not particularly clean, dirty pan in cooker, dust in a number of places and small things like no waste plug in main kitchen sink, had to borrow bowl from downstairs. In summary the villa itself was spacious with good facilites in the local area but I feel that it need to be run on a more business level if it is to be used on a long term holiday venue. What does surprise me is that none of the points we raised where mentioned by any other visitors in the reviews we read prior to visiting the villa.

Beautiful outside space

The villa was nice and in a good location, close to bars and restaurants. The pool was large with a small diving board. We had a great holiday, we went with parents who where able to have downstairs in the villa which was self contained with its own kitchen. We had upstairs of the villa which was very nice with plenty of room for a family if 4. The owner was very responsive and very helpful in all areas. I would recommend this villa
