About this property

Can Pere Vinyes is an old Ibizan farm perfectly preserved. Ideal for lovers of nature and the traditional culture of our island.
It is located in the municipality of San Josep de sa Talaia, in the western part of the island. Where they enjoy the best beaches with sunsets. The house offers its guests tranquility and privacy.
With capacity to accommodate 7 people, the main house houses three bedrooms (two doubles and one single) a bathroom, kitchen, two living rooms with dining room and fireplace and another double room attached to the house with a small living room.
The exterior enjoys several areas spread over the land, has two outdoor dining rooms with BBQ, a closed living room with bathroom, a large kitchen with outdoor dining area, private pool with hammock area, large gardens with fruit trees and parking area .
This wonderful house is also perfect for retreats, in which tranquility is sought, to connect with nature and the mountain.

WOW! An opportunity to step back in time

I didn't realize just how historic this villa is. It has been in the family for over 300 years. Staying here was a chance to experience the history of the island through the eyes of the family that lived here over many generations. I felt truly blessed to have this amazing opportunity. I enjoyed the villa and the incredible gardens surrounding it so much that I was often content to spend my time there rather than traveling around the island. Thanx again!

Nous avons adoré séjourner dans la maison de María. Antonio, le gérant, a été très attentif et bienveillant envers nous. Nous avons passé un séjour merveilleux à Ibiza.
