WELCOME TO ASBURY PARK, THE COOLEST SMALL TOWN IN THE US. LOFT AVAILABLE ONLY FOR SUMMER (MEMORIAL DAY TO LABOR DAY - OR FOR TWO MONTH MINIMUM). AND YES IT COMES WITH PARKING AND TWO BEACH PASSES
The apartment is within walking distance of the beach, restaurants, the boardwalk, and Stone Pony. I just renovated both bathrooms, adding a custom-made bathtub big enough for two and a tiled rain shower.
The good part about this being my home, not a commercial rental, is that it comes complete with almost anything you need:
• Fully stocked pantry and spice cabinet - just replace what you use
• A 75" Smart TV with one gig of internet
•. Turntable with active speakers
• Full body massage chair
• New Dishwasher with detergent for the dishwasher
• New washer with Laundry detergent for the washer and sheets for the dryer

All within walking distance. Gay - Straight - Hipster or family - Asbury Park (AP) retains its welcoming small town feel without the attitude or prices of a big city.
Why they chose this property
Growing up in NYC I loved spacious feeling of a loft and this is the only place like that in AP. I love that I can walk to everything. From a great beach to high end French - Italian or Mexican cuisine to clubs like the Stone Pony which gave Bruce his start.
What makes this property unique
In addition to 3 balconies, and ample storage, there is a custom made bath tub, full body massage chair, and new dishwasher as well as large washer and dryer. I also supply beach towels and chairs. Basically you need bring nothing
