One bed apartment in a quiet, secure, gated complex, only 10 minutes drive from the airport. Sleeps up to 4 (one double bed in the bedroom and sofa bed in the living room).Close to all amenities, situated in the centre of Caleta de Fuste. 2 mins walk to the shops, bars, restaurants, play park and 10 mins walk to the beaches and beautiful harbour. Close by is a golf resort. Large swimming pools including baby pool.

Bedroom - built in double wardrobe, double bed, bedside drawers.

Kitchen - breakfast bar and stools, kettle, toaster, washing machine, hob, large fridge with freezer.

Lounge - 18" flat screen TV with local/UK channels (UK channels-separate charge including WiFi) ,large corner sofa.

Bathroom - recently refurbished with new tiles, walk in shower, basin, WC.

Free of charge - Iron, ironing board, small portable fan, hairdryer , safety deposit box. Wifi available (separate small charge/day)

Terrace-quiet (very private -at the back of the building, very few passers-by), patio, table and chairs.

Great Apartment

The apartment was spotlessly clean, nicely decorated and furnished. The manager was very pleasant and extremely helpful., nothing was too much trouble. We would definitely stay again.

Nice comfortable apartment, all the facilities you need, nice pool area, good location great communication with owners, downside is no sun on terrace ans it’s facing north and WiFi is extra charge and poor speed. Not sure what was going on upstairs but noise from 8am till 6pm,

WE WENT FOR RELAXATION WE GOT BUILDING SITE NO RESPITE 8.30AM TILL 7PM SOME NIGHTS I NEED A BREAK

LOVED PROPERTY HOST AND OWNER LOVED LOCATION BUT OUR 3 WEEKS WAS RUINED IM SURE WHOEVER GOES WHEN NEXT DOOR PROPERTY FINISHED WILL LOVE IT

Dear Carol, I apologize for the third time for your inconvenience, however I cannot be responsible for works carried in my neighbor's house. Someone else bought this apartment, and I was not aware , that such works were planned. My manager was doing everything she could to make your stay comfortable, and I do not deserve such a bad review. I have offered you a significant discount in the next booking, but you have decided not to avail of this offer. The next door apartment is fully done now, and no more noises, and builders around. I hope you will change this review as it is affecting my overall performance. At least you should mark the cleanliness, communication as a positive element. Casa modesta ma accogliente in zona molto tranquilla e sileniosa

Propreprieta è parte di un complesso che denuncia qualche anno e manutenzione non accuratissima, Casa accogliente con due difetti: bagno troppo piccolo e mancanza assoluta di appendini per giacche cappelli od altro. Ho dovuto crearne alcuni di fortuna attaccando grucce al bastone reggi tende. La brevità del soggiorno ha reso il tutto sopportabile.

Caro Marco, La tua recensione è molto unilaterale e non rende giustizia al mio appartamento. Il bagno è piccolo in base alle dimensioni dell'appartamento e offre un buon rapporto qualità-prezzo. Non c'è bisogno di giacche se si tratta di un armadio nella camera da letto principale grande quanto l'intero muro. Non hai nemmeno menzionato il mio tutto il tempo per mantenere il contatto con te. Grazie per la recensione, tuttavia non molto accurata e nit dando piena giustizia al mio appartamento. Saluti Amadea
